Tomorrow, my mother is going to go get the new Ford Edge with the MyTouch system in it. We looked at one at the dealer and she loved it. Very beautiful inside with all of the amazing technology. Ford has really stepped up their cars.
Audi was the first to introduce the memory power tailgate feature in their Q7 a few years ago. I'm not trying to hate on Ford or anything, I just wanted to give credit to Audi since they were the first.
Really wish that FORD didn't discontinue the Fusion, Focus, and the Tarus. Ford should've never discontinued their sedans. They discontinued their sedans because people would always buy the F-150, F-250, F-350, Explorer, Edge, and Escape. Especially the F-150 SVT Raptor.
When you operate the tailgate from the remote is there any kind of light confirmation...like does the tail lights or hazard light flash to confirm the operation?
@2004NissanSentra actually not to be anoying but it was first on the Lexus LFA but i guess the Explorer is still first only because it went into production 2 months before the LFA
Crazy to say, but I honestly think the 2010-2012 escape limited had the dopest interior compared to any other car! I don’t mine this one either, but that’s the only thing leaning me towards an escape... anyone agree, or beg to differ??
@2004NissanSentra The inflatable seatbelts (even though they should be standard equipment) are optional equipment. Maybe this Explorer didn't have them.
yo i think u should get the canon ELPH 300 HS because u get better quality and lots of people use it and u won't get the narrowness like on your other videos
rwd unless you get the package with 4wd, but it has the option. Limited explorers have extra features and nicer trim but still have to upgrade driving mode system for that.
@derrickps31 i mean like they rebadge this explorer... because the mkx kinda doesn't properly replace the aviator as a mid-size suv, as the mkx and the mkt are both crossovers, and the mkt kinda looks reallyy awkward on the hatch and the quarter window for the third row... that and this explorer would probably do better offroad than an mkx or an mkt.

I have a 2011 Ford Explorer limited
I absolutely love it so much
This Explorer looks amazing. I don't have a use for a CUV, but I love what Ford has done with this reboot.

That liftgate feature is really neat!
This car is just amazing! Just keep making great videos like this!!!
@ThunderOfPainX929 It had been used on a borrowed vehicle agreement so that's why it had as many miles as it did.
This is the best of a video. Good job. You r great!!!!!
Good job! As other people pointed out the memory liftgate has been done before including the Q7 and SRX
nice Explorer, very high tech!
the gmc terrain also has a memory lift gate
I love the MyFordTouch. :) The exhaust sounds really amazing on this and the Edge, I wish we could hear it better.
instablaster
@TheCanadian316 They probably aren't going to have it for awhile. I already have plans to get the new Focus as soon as it hits the showroom floors.
can u do a lincoln mks review?

There's some very impressive technology packed into these machines but I wonder how it wil work 5 years from now.
Joel Cummings .....hey I bought a 2011 ford explorer limited a month ago and it's treating me right
It all still works fine
@cheesepie1011 they did, they replaced it with the mkx
Nice video wish you would have gone more into detail on what each button is for ... But good stuff
lol i love that digital tac

Tech Defender a LOT

What is the real price on limited model?

i hope that ford introduces a lincoln sibling, preferably re-introducing the aviator name !!
Ian Crosby they do in 2019
9 years later
very nice! :D

My next door Neghbars just got a bread new Ford Explorer Limited like 2 or 3 weeks ago in blue
what kind of tires are on this vehicle or what is being put on the explores now
I think rubber ones. Not for sure though.
limited is 20 inch i believe
the 2011-present Ford Explorer is assembled in
Chicago, Illinois
not all of them
Can someone give the all name of this Ford ? Also the transmisión ?
yo i think u should get the canon ELPH 300 HS because u get better quality and lots of people use it and u won't get the narrowness like on your other videos
What about the transmission? Fwd awd 4wd rwd ???

Well 2 friends of mine they mom just got of those she got the Limited so it the same one as that one she got a black one.
Watching this in 2020, who else?
much better than sabbkyle!!
Looks a lot like the Ford Edge. They still sell the older generation here.
Maybe its just me, but doesn't that transmission gear box (you know the thing you select P R N D M) look very similar to the 2010-2011 malibus? lol.
Zachary Blair Malilbus?
How about doing some Nissan car.
That no actual tach gauge bothers me
@@finncampeau4922its not just as good. there’s definitely a lag to it and i wish it always stayed on the dash and i didnt have to switch over to it.
17:57 lol
I thought the same, for 2011 that’s high tech
Seems like every other car reviewer back in the day took inspiration from Saabkyle04
The Nanticoke, PA Police Department uses the Ford Explorer as police cars
COUSIN IN GRAPEVINE AND THE AUTO MALL LOOKS LIKE AUFFENBURG
@LoveTheCity123 Damn how many cars does your family have man? lol
idk mkz's came with spoilers

@cheeseburger9418 I think he took a few cues from Kyle lol
He sounds like Saabkyle04 but with a little deeper voice
Everyone shut the heck up! He's not copying Saabkyle04! So stop or I'm gonna report your comments! >:(
this explorer is no longer truck based like their previous generations. this is more car based like the edge of flex
I HAVE A
@genmac1 lols
This sounds like saabkyle04. Lol
cheeseburger9418 Saabkyle makes me cringe
he set the standard
He sounds almost exactly like him here
