What do you think about the Puma EvoSpeed Tokyo Future Faster +? It's even stiffer than the Future

Just got the jump version of these and I'm confused how to change the spikes. They are not traditional ones with tapered sides

How do they hold up durability wise? Do you use them for training sessions or races only? Mainly asking as i have the SP2 atm tho I keep breaking them :(
i wear them all the time, puma probably make the sturdiest shoes ive ever worn.

Hey bro . How does someone enter flow state?
you need to just be in the moment, clear your mind, and enjoy the race. I know its hard to do but if you meditate before a race or just focus on breathing in with your nose and out with your mouth slowly, it should make it easier to enter. Good luck!
