I work for the city and drive past the same advertisements on various bus stops all over the city every day, it's crazy how much stuff is out there coupled with how little people know about it
What's sad about this is that Clod only had a few minutes of screentime in the movie, yet Pixar's marketing team was determined to make him a selling point for _Elemental._
When Clod said “it is hopeless, I have been diagnosed with The Clod” I left the theater and wept openly. I had a young brother who died of the same illness so it really resonated with me. Great film.
My uncle died of The Clod after eating spoiled restaurant shellfish one time. The authorities taped off the men's restroom to clean his remains off the ceiling. 🥶 Please everyone, take The Clod seriously and always bring Kevlar shields with you into public restrooms, you never know when the guy in the stall next to you has The Clod. 🫄🌰
My hands are both in casts from the uncontrollable applause I was giving when Clod finally made his appearance. I didn't care that shards of bone were ripping through my palms. He was worth every ounce of the pain.
Idk the movie just reminded me of a cheap knock off of inside out which was far better than this film,I can declare that without even Having to watch the Damn movie too lol
Between the heroin, cheap prostitutes, and reckless driving, we knew he wasn't going to live forever. We just need to remember his inspiring words, "It doesn't matter what's right or wrong. I did what I had to to clod my way to the top." RIP Clod.
I was contemplating to end it all but then I caught a glimpse of clod and he said, “ you’ve clod to think about this” he saved my life and now I’m 89 years old. With a happy family. Truly the greatest character of all time.
My jaw dropped when Clod looked down and said: "Execute order sixtyclod" and eradicated the fire nation just to prove himself to his father. It really cemented Princess Clodette's arc into heroism as well and heightened the impact of their confrontation
When Clod said the first rule of Clod club is to never talk about clod club, I cried. The scene touched me emotionally. I have never seen such amazing screenplay.
I must admit that when Clod showed up in the film, the entire audience began to stand up and cheer for a solid 8 minutes. The moment we heard his gorgeous voice say his signature catchphrase "You just got Cloded" it sent me a shiver down my spine that no motion picture has ever managed to do to me before. I also loved the moment where clod said "its clodin' time" and proceeded to element his way through the movie to save our protagonists. Truly a breathtaking moment and one of the Pixar movies ever made.
When I saw Clod in the theatres, my life changed for the better. My dog came back, my father returned with the milk, my house expanded, friends reconciled, babies were born, and all wars ceased. Thank you Clod.
Actually, I saw Clod save an entire family from a burning building back in 1863. I was frozen as he hopped into the blazing flames, but stood in awe as he came out carrying a family of four in his arms. Glad to see he finally get the recognition he deserves.
Clod is one of the greatest characters in the history of fiction. I've seen Elemental in theaters about 12 times, and each and every time, I violently clap and start to sob in joy every time Clod comes on screen. All 27½ times he said "an act of Clod" made me burst out laughing until I had a near fatal asthma attack. When Clod said "Ember... All you gotta do is beleaf in yourself...." Made me shed tears. Such an excellently delivered line. Every moment he was on screen felt like he was a real person, and I guess he is. Clod is inside me. Clod is inside you. Clod... is inside all of us. In our hearts.
When Clod said “That's one small step for a man, a giant leap for mankind.” it was so inspirational, I quite literally fell off my chair with a single tear out of my eye because of how beautiful of a scene that was. And then to top it off he became the first rock/stone kid to ever step foot on the moon. Truly incredible achievement Clod!
My favourite part of the movie was when Clod said "I'm Elemental!", the theater went nuts. I actually passed out from the sheer beauty of it. We do not deserve such a cinematic masterpiece.
Clod was always there for me in my darkest days, one day when I had choked on a zucchini noodle he preformed the heimlick maneuver and gave me cpr, I started to breath again and he said to me, "Maybe I couldn’t help everyone survive, but I could, at least, save this one life" everyone started clapping and I looked into his eyes and saw heaven reflecting back at me. It cured my depression and my ligma. I'll never forget Clod, it was heartwrenching to let him go but I couldn't hold him back from living his dreams of becoming an actor, and when he landed the role of elemental he disappeared in the middle of the night as he knew a goodbye would only bring sorrows. Everytime I eat a pile of dirt I remember clod and smile fondly.
Guys, i must admit, i was in that theater when clod showed up, clodded all over the place, and cured my paraplegic infant son. This is not a marketing stunt.
Actually Charlie, I was at the theatre when this happened. I can confirm that I, like many of my Clodheads in the crowd, went absolutely wild when he FINALLY revealed himself to us in that scene. We all went "OOOOOOOOOOH!" when he flirted with the fire chick because we were wondering just how one could reject the advances of such an absolute alpha male. I nearly fainted from the hype when he said his famous catchphrase, "You just got CLOD!", I burst out laughing so hard I ran out of oxygen and had to be rushed to the emergency room, but refused to let the paramedics take me so I could continue to gaze upon the glory of our lord. It was totally Clodtastic.
What happened to this movie is sad. It was their first movie in pretty much forever that didn't have more than one or two political references, and it was a good idea, but they marketing budget received no money because Disney wanted to waste it on bad live action remakes.
When clod went "uncontrolled nuclear fission of an atom creates a nuclear explosion", I truly cried. This film touched me in a way that not even my uncle can.
When Clod turned to the main characters with a smirk on his face and said, “It’s Clodding time!” I’m not gonna lie, the whole theater exploded. People in the front row started doing flips. People in the back cried and wept. Some guy next to me grabbed some kid who was kicking his seat and broke his spine in half. The staff at the theater started coming in and slapping people on the ass screaming, “Atta boy, Clod!” Truly memorable.
Every time Clod says “Clodobots, roll out.” I get chills. I’m so glad I missed out on seeing my great grandmother on her deathbed to see this movie in theaters. I’ve found a new perspective for life, and I never want to go back! Clod is love, Clod is life
There was quite literally nothing to even make a theory about. Their weird "clues" and "lore" made no sense, especially since every update changed so much

like you said at 2:18, when i went to see elemental with my friend, the entire audience sadly blew up when clod came out. i was fortunate enough to survive the explosion with some serious injuries, but the 113 others in that packed theater unfortunately weren’t as lucky, including my friend. rest in piece brady, it’s gonna be real hard without you ❤️
I don’t wanna hear any jokes about clod. I hate to spoil the movie but I have to talk about my experience with THAT moment. The raw emotion and energy in Clod’s voice when he said “in case I don’t see ya, good afternoon good evening and goodnight”, just looking into Clod’s eyes in that moment, it opened my eyes. I feel like I finally get it now, like I’ve only just started living. I think the rest of the audience must have felt the same because every single person stood up and chanted Clod’s name non stop until the movie ended. The standing ovation lasted 2 hours. Thank you Clod
when clod said "Im boutta clodst!" it warmed my heart, had me in a transe cause of the immense presence of clod and i almost fainted... truly a magical moment in all of the movie franchise.
When clod said “According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. It’s wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway, because bees don’t care what humans think is impossible.” I shed a tear
I went with a friend of mine to see "Elemental" in theaters recently - me and her were the only two people in the theater for a while, and another family that was there left halfway through. Funeral homes are more lively than the theater was.
When Clod said "Yo-yo-yo," I was ravaged with emotional turbulence. It is Citizen Kane's "Rosebud" for today's generation. Praise Elemental for being so bold and brave with its dialogue choices.
When Clod said "Frankly, my Dear, I don't give a Clod", I jumped out of my seat and and cheared with jubilation waving my pom-poms in my cheerleader outfit. Truly one of the greatest moments in cinema history.
Actually Charlie, I was at the theatre when this happened. In fact, Clod actually created this film with his mind powers just so we could catch a glimpse of his greatness. His conscience transcends the film or even that of the mortal plane. That is how great of a character Clod is. And of course, his moving line from later in the movie, “The real Elemental was the friends we made along the way”, was so beautiful, the theatre literally flooded as we, the audience, nearly drowned in our own tears.
The fact that they have not yet confirmed whether or not Clod will be back for _Morbius 2: MORE-bius_ is a crime against humanity. They must give the people what they want!
