He'd likely use every resource at his disposal to find out where she lives/shops/works and stalk her there. I am certain that if she didn't take further action to protect herself (like blocking, involving police, or restraining order) he would take any opportunity to kidnap her. One of the important points of his proposed "Agreement" is that she quit her job immediately and move in with him. This is a classic maneuver used by men to control their partners because once you quit your job, you rely on your husband to provide everything for you, and it is much harder for you to leave when your husband controls all of your joint finances. This is referred to as "Financial Abuse". This man is 45 years old and it's obvious that he was brought up on the lie that money can buy you everything.
