This is the most GORGEOUS manufactured home I have ever seen; and I've seen hundreds! I would not change a thing....not even add carpet to any rooms! Only thing I think they missed was putting the shower faucets in the Master Bath on the wrong wall, should be on the wall where you enter the shower. Nate, you give great tours, however, this may have been the only opportunity, EVER, to have waved to Raiden in a refrigerator door!😂
Absolutely L❤VE the kitchen!! It has NO island!!! Yea!!! Hate those islands, myself. I'd have 2 ovens. The one with the microwave and the other under the stove.
Beautiful home. Love the kitchen and large bedrooms and Master bath and love the large Utility room and 2 Washer and dryers. I do wonder about the UT bills though but nice amenities
Love the flooring! That Master bath was exceptional. Not much I would change except putting those gorgeous countertops from the laundry room in the kitchen, too, and I really don't need the second washer and dryer for 2k in the master closet. But wow! So much to love it would take a book to list it all. But I think I loved that entryway 1/2 bath mudroom section the best! Is that crazy?
I never comment but this is really nice. I expected the price to be higher, but of course I live in Modesto, California where everything is higher. Thank you for this one.
@@NatesHomeTours yes I've been out there a couple times. He said it would take about a year and cost about $100,000 more than the house to get set up. Been looking for land that has all you need..water, sewer, electric. Thank you for your comment.
I love the inside, not the outside so much. Great finishes, roomy bedrooms. 15:38 Would need wider bench in master shower, not sure why you need 2, washer/ dryers. Thank You
Agree, the master water closet needs a window that opens. I'd truly rather have my linen cabinets in the main part of the bathroom where they are needed for the tub, the sinks, the shower. In fact I think the water closet could be where the shower is and the shower made bigger where the toilet is.
Wow I really thought it would be a 3$ something price it's nice and different u do like it don't need that extra washer and dryer that spot would be a great shoes shelf tho.
This is nice but I think they missed the mark in several places. In the kitchen, it looks as if they had a modular unit that did not quite fit the space on the back wall - those little spaces between cabinets on each end would drive me nuts and mean unused space. There is no pantry. At the 'mudroom' area, why not make at least one longer cabinet to hang coats and put a vacuum in? Almost $1500 to get a small seat and a hand wand in main bathroom shower? Wow.
I don’t want to dine in my kitchen. Kitchen windows need to open up & have screens. Utility room needs windows that open with screens too. Not my favorite but it’s ok.
Let me just say those that don't see the extraordinary waste of space in that kitchen are not looking very close. Really blank open space on either side of the cabinets on the wall where the windows are.
Blue Print showed single entry door. The kitchen is large space but low on storage, upper cabinets almost none existent and that open blank space Is just a waste of space.
Here's the dill. What's with this too extreme, elaborate bath in this master bedroom, house. I'd prefer more space in the master bedroom itself. 14 × 14 come on. I watch regular but I just don't get why livingrooms and master bedrooms are so marginal in sized. You buy some of these pretty houses but you are eventually want the functionality and the space in rooms that makes big family even small family living more comfortable. I know there are some who are minimalist. And some like glamorous. But what about a house that has nice larger room sizes with little more simplistic bathrooms, nice larger utility room with a space for a good size upright freezer and big big space for canning pantry.
No not that most impressive laundry room, it's a giant missed opportunity, should be a nice laundry room with cabinets upper and lower and ALSO A NICE BIG PANTRY BUT IT'S NOT, a very large space with not very good utilization of the space.

Funny, I thought of that too as I was editing.
I think this is the best floor plan I've seen on your channel!👍
This home is by far the nicest home I have seen. Hope the price isn’t crazy. Thank you for showing us!
Very nice, although I did miss the island 😊
If there was a love button, I would have clicked that. I love this unique floor plan even with the dining in the kitchen.
Such a beautiful home
Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour.
This is the most unique beautiful home I've ever seen. Love it❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This has got the best of the best!!!! It’s gorgeous!!!! That fireplace next to the tube is amazing!!!!
One of the best I have ever seen! Love love it!

Beautiful
What a gorgeous home!

Thank you, Nate, for sharing. This is an absolutely gorgeous home. I think that if it were mine that I would like lighter floors.
I really like the utility room, except I want a dog washing station!
Everything about this home was amazing😊. My preference is NO WASHER AND DRYER in closet. I loved the floorplan❤

Being in Modesto, have you looked at Homes Direct. I filmed a bunch of homes there 2 years ago.

This home is GORGEOUS! I DONT Need 3 fireplaces! And i like woodburning. Not a bad price
It's a outstanding home nice!!!!!

Yes, I think two washer and dryers is unnecessary
Nice home. I would only make a few changes just for me.

Reduce the windows above the sink in the kitchen to get at least two upper cabinets in there that are much needed.
I've seen this home or one very much like it before with that kitchen.
Chance put this same home out form the show 1 week after the show.
Nice home

What are the floors? They just look like they've been painted brown??
Spec sheet I have says vinyl floors thru out to match the thresholds
Very pretty like
Base price?
Deer Valley better watch out. It looks like these guys are trying to outdo them.

Windows gotta open in a kitchen!!! Windows that don't open are walls

If you look close you can see the double door option.
Brady Bunch home…..but without the Brady price.
No I don't like walking into a kitchen

Have you checked out this one, th-cam.com/video/sT62e5Vi6Zw/w-d-xo.html
Too many things that need better design/planning for this home.
