A very good place to look for similiars of skins is the steam community market(check sales graph primarily), it's also a good place to sell skins, this even counts for a lot of unusual skins. Edit: guess a nod to that got mentioned on the last example.

tip: if you are playing spy and there is a heavy with the burner minigun (forgot how its called) just jump before backstabbing him, that way you dont get flamed.
There needs to be a video discussing the lower price of keys and how that's a bad thing. Keys (based on Calculator.tf) is now worth $1.29. this problem is the same problem with Ref in that you need a crap ton of keys inorder to buy anything. Based on the MannCo store on TF2, keys are worth $2.49 dollars which is a difinative price that should give us an idea on how much Ref, Rec, and scrap should cost.
Unfortunately he is still using this piece of garbage of a stock Medigun. Good lord how slowly does this crap build up his Ubercharge, that isn't even a good and versatile as the QuickFix's nor the Vaccinator's.
@@disc_00 the Vaccinator charges can do the job just as well in 99% of situations, not to mention a "better" Ubercharge that you will die before building 90% of the the time even in comp isn't better at all. It's banned in comp for a reason, mate.
I think some of the confusion comes from those who break the work quicksell into quick sell, which at first glance would mean "I'm selling this quickly"
so for example, if there is like a buy order for a certain price which is lower than usual, and i put something up for that price, is that a quicksell?

Was selling my Ks rocket launcher from 1.25 keys to 1 key pure quicksell? i mean it did sell around 19 minutes after i listed it but many of my friends is angry at me that i priced it lower and couldnt wait the full time to sell it for the proper price of 1.25 keys i mean its been on my back pack for a couple months now and just want to get rid of it because for me stranges are more value than killstreaks
"Spells don't add more than 10-20% of an item value" I've been trading and collecting spells for a little over a year now, just voices can raise a unique item from 1 ref to 1 key, same with exorcism. That's a difference of 4000% at least, not 10-20%
It's pretty easy to tell if it's a quicksell, is it sold at a discount? then yeah, it's probably a quicksell, as the person would want to sell it faster than they would if they sold it for normal price.
I have a question about trading. Say you buy a unusual at a good price but decide that you like it too much to sell it, but if you don't sell it you won't make any profit. What is the right thing do do in this situation?
Would you recomend this strategy: Sell keys for +50% item overpay (mainly items that people are having a hard time to sell) Sell those items at a 20% discount (Ending up with a profit of 20%)
I may have missed this in the video but from what I understood, there is no correlation between an unusual being good or bad and how great the quicksell percent discount is, right?
Randomguy 14x Correct. If an item is of poor quality then it's sellers will probably reflect that. Let's say you're offered an ugly looking robo-heavy-hat. Say the Backpack.tf price is listed at 25 keys, but there are several (three or four) sellers in the classifieds at around 20 keys. It would be fair to value that hat at around 20 keys. As they're not selling even though they're discounted. You would want to negotiate a percentage discount based off of the price of 20 keys. *Not because it's "bad", but because that's the price it's most commonly being sold at.*

It’s factory new, and depending on the grade, I’d price it at about 20-30 ref if it’s mercenary, and 30-40 ref if commando grade

A 16% discount is 100% not a quicksell, especially when it’s a 4 key discount. A 16% discount on a 200 key Unusual could be considered as a quicksell
