4:00 not incorrect but to clarify you do miss out on content if you didn't also buy the Descendants. 24:00 of course not - I would primarily play this solo.
I didn't get the new edition because, quite frankly, the first edition works just fine. But I did get the Descendants expansion, and am eagerly awaiting it! Also picked up the neoprene map at GenCon, which I was assured could still be used with the first edition.
This game is the best post-apocalyptic game ever designed! Still waiting for my copy of this new edition. Maybe we can all play this together at an upcoming convention!
@@kosterix123 I played and owned the first edition of Fallen Land - this is the second edition I am waiting for. And I liked it so much that I invested in this new upgraded version.
This is probably the latest I have ever picked up a KS game, I got it a couple of weeks ago just as it was going on the ships. I had never heard of this but checked out a few videos of the 1st printing and it looked decent at a competitive price, now very much looking forward to giving this a go solo.
Really looking forward to getting this in the mail - from Noble Knight Games' recent update, the US shipments will start next week or so. The plastic 'supply' pieces represent resources, with each piece representing a different denomination. Ammunition/Barrels/Crates/Gas Cans worth 1/3/5/10 respectively. I'm a bit disappointed that they kept the 4th character crown on the faction mat purple and still use blue dice to match it. They could have easily changed the printing to be blue, or selected purple dice instead of blue. I actually ordered purple 10-sided dice for the old version, but of course they don't have the neat mushroom cloud for the zero side.
I saw my name right under "PLAY TEST" in the book. 5th name and am honored to be mentioned in this games book. Demo'd the game at GC '18 and had to do a surprise demo at GC '22 to help FDS out.
Never apologize for your length Grant.
Nice
Waiting for my kickstarter pledge to arrive.
Looks good. Getting very strong Waste Knights vibes from this game?

Love the video, guys! Thanks! Can't wait to see the playthrough video! :) You guys rock!
I have all of my 1st Edition components organized inside four Plano boxes, and all the cards sleeved and in card storage boxes.

It is a great game!
you can't actually claim it's the best postapoc ever since you don't have it yet. That would be salvation road I think.

That says a lot coming from such an excellent game designer. I can't wait for The Plum Island Horror to ship!
