I don't have the option for the full width section. How do i get this?

Hey 👋, if you don’t see a Full Width section it’s probably because your SharePoint site is either “classic” site or converted from classic. In this case, it’s easier to create a modern communications site and swap it with you old site after. Unfortunately this is something Microsoft is limiting at this time.

I am interested in your platform; however, I completed the information form on your website several times and haven't received any response.

Can I also ask - Do you have to purchase software ? Or Is it a subscription? Or is it an app? I tried to find out from the videos or website but got no clear answers . Please advise I wish to invest in the templates .

Can you give user access to maintain specific areas?

When you say "specific areas," do you mean sections on the page? If so, then no, unfortunately, this is something Microsoft doesn't currently allow. However, some apps on the page store their content inside lists and libraries, and you can set up permissions this way. Effectively, this will give you a similar outcome, but for those apps only (not universally).
