Didn’t think about it that way. “Small business leave it open to everyone to contribute to the intranet site.” 👍 It’s obvious when you think about it. I’m the bottle neck, trying to do everything to build the Google sites but I have no time! So almost nothing gets done. It’s time to change this! 😀
Is there a way to limit access to certain tabs or sections on the Google Site page based on groups? For example: I have an inside sales team & an outside sales team. If I didn't want my inside sales team to be able to access the training materials designed for the outside sales team could I do that?

We currently house our systems docs in Clickup. What would be the value of and intranet method vs within our project management software?
I haven’t used clickup for this but usually the main advantage is having ‘somewhere to go’ that’s dedicated for systems
