Hello Em! OMG ... you have no idea how much I miss reading your comments my dear. Lol on the IP Sis! Believe it or not ... I use the IP for just a few purposes: making bone stocks, steaming sticky rice for Lunar New Year, and proofing steam buns. Sis, come and join me in my FB group called Asian Cooking & Recipes!
Thank you and I am glad you enjoy my videos Em! I use my instant pot only for making stock and steaming cakes (bánh tét, bánh chưng, chả lụa v.v.). As for cooking, my family doesn't like the flavor and textured result from instant pot cookings.
Thank you for leaving me a comment Sis! I discarded the chicken after cooking it using the IP. My family doesn't enjoy eating anything meat cooking in the IP because the meat is tasteless and the texture is not to our liking. I use the IP for making stock, steaming sticky rice cakes and non meat related tasks.
