The butter also doesn't have to be solidified (nor does it take a few hours in the fuckin freezer regardless lol) since he melts it when it's on the sandwich anyways.

Nice but a little note- dry brining requires contact with the meat, ad salt doesn't penetrate skin. The point is to pull out moisture, dissolve the salt, and then soak it back up into the flesh. Even if you salted the meat before rolling, it wouldn't have the oxygen to do what it needs to do. I'd recommend salting uncovered for 24 hours and then rolling.

I've never had vegemite, but have been meaning to try it some time, I'm Canadian. I know a lot of Australians like it on toast with butter. Having butter, vegemite & cheese together on toast intrigues me in a good way! 🤔

The jump from basic to intermediate is massive… and maybe basic should be something like a ham cheese and pickle sandwich as there’s no cooking involved. They all look delicious though 😋
pork sandwich, marinate your beef, pork and a mix of water, beef stock white onion, cilantro and lime juice then you can add some garlic. then you wanna slow cook it for 24 hours after marinating for 24 hours or alternative you could do 3:50 in the oven until fork tender you’re also gonna wanna save some of that marinade and when your meat is done while it’s cooling, take some of the juice from that, add it to a small ramekin of your marinade with some freshly chopped white onion, and make a delicious dip
