Thank you for your excellent starter video for photo editing in Windows 10. I just got a new computer and this was my first experience with my upgrade from Windows 7 where I was only familiar with using Picasa for photos. Until I discovered your video, I kept looking for a "photo editing app" in the menu which, of course, does not exist on its own. Listened to several other tutorials before yours which all started within the individual photos themselves. No one but you explained how you get to that point in the first place! So thanks for beginning at the beginning. Learned a lot and appreciated your teaching method versus so many others who seemed mostly interested in showing off their prowess in editing and at a speed many beginners could find difficult to learn from.

Picasa was excellent, far better than this editor...and it was easy to use too.

so i edited a few pictures and changed the effects but for some reason it has changed all of the pictures on my laptop ( and it has that effects on them), is there any way to fix this?
There is a spy glass with which you can enlarge details of your picture. Also a plus and minus appears when have adjusted your picture. But if you do enlarge parts of your picture and want to save it the copy comes out at the original size. Why are these features on if you can't copy the enlargement?

About symbols in cropping.
I have a picture that I downloaded 480x480 and I'm trying to make it larger.. when I go to filters or adjustments there is a + and - in the bottom corner .. so I make the picture a bit larger and then click save a copy.. But when I look at the #2 copy it's the same size.. what am I doing wrong? Any Help. thanks
I'm not even able to upload a pic to the app. I try to import, but there is nothing there, even if I have a lot of pics on my laptop.
After you do this I mean fix spot, the quality of the photo become lower or not?
Yes you are lowing the size and pixels.

When I click Save a Copy another window opens and wants me to choose where to save. Sometimes it auto saves to my picture folder. Not happy.
Excellent video. Wish I had seen it before I made video using trial and error. I have a problem that nobody has address and I don't know how to fix. Problem is I have pictures on the storyboard and then stop for the day. The next day some picture have disappeared leaving a message 'we can't find this file' Can somebody address this?
That is not much to go on, but if I had to guess I would say the pics are being stored in a temporary area or drive that is no longer available after a reboot. Try saving you project to your documents folder before rebooting. Good luck!!

I have encountered that problem. I have found that if I move the photo to another file in my photos it comes up with this message. So, if your are organizing your photos into different files, it would be wise to copy it instead of move it. I hope that helps.

What if i wanted to add other pictures in? For example: have a photo of a man and swap out his head for someone else's from another picture.
