Windows 10 Photos but now this version not available
I am using Window 10 in our office , and i want to have a photo on my desktop, i want to make it smaller to fit in the center. I tried personalize like fit, span, etc. I tried everything but the photo just seem too big cos i want all my folders in a black background at both side of the screen. The photo will only be in the center. Can anyone advise how to resize all my photos to fit in the center? Thanks
just open photo in microsoft paint . then resize select pixel (make pixel size some thing like 600 x 400) save it. after that make background select center.

Kudos for the Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered - Riddleagan Made Masterpiece Remedy (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning professional photo editing without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got great success with it.
