Doug, I've been watching your unbiased opinion for years now and simply love your car reviews. Lately I've watched your reviews of the oncoming electric cars (Mach E and ID.4). One thing that is missing in your reviews of EV's is the charging capability of each vehicle. I think it is an important factor in the decision making of an EV. Keep up the good work 💪.

Infotainment systems were always 10 years behind in VWs. For example bluetooth was starting to be pretty common in cars and for vw to have it as standard you had to wait circa 5 to 10 years longer + the first headunits that got it were unreasonably expensive. Hope they will have a better hw and sw team dedicated to this and it changes for the better. Its unacceptable for this time we live in.

I just picked up a Pro S ID4 the other day. Your assessment of the Infotainment system must be regarding a pre release model. Mine is VERY responsive and easy to use. Once you view some instruction video's regarding it's setup it's a "no brainer" and makes a lot more sense. The ride quality actually surpasses Tesla but I'm sure since it's not a 0-60 in 3 seconds car you won't care.

    - The heated seats can be controlled by tapping the heat slider with 2 fingers
