- I WENT WITH MY GIRLFRIEND TO A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE ISLAND RESORT IN PALAWAN... A DREAM HOLIDAY!
Palawan truly is a paradise! It is no wonder why it was ranked one of the most beautiful groups of islands in the world! And for our next few days, we decided to take a break and holiday at a place fittingly named "Club Paradise". This private island resort off the coast of Busuanga isn't just home to perfect white sand and turquoise blue water... but a whole lot of unique wildlife!!
Hope you enjoy seeing world class Palawan... and a resort that certainly will leave you breathless with its beauty!
Oh, and how freaking cool is the flight of the bats!!!

BTW if you want to help fruit bats, plant more fruit trees, and big flowers. They also love eating coconut nectar. They're actually an important pollinator. Just like butterflies.

We were there for honeymoon 6 yrs ago as well!! I always wanted to come back.. hopefully soon!!! Club paradise remains one of the best islands I've been in the Philippines! Ii got so jealous seeing that clear blue water reminded me of snorkeling!

Fruit bats, unlike microbats (the bats which eat insects) rely on sight. They don't have echolocation. So they're perfectly capable of seeing during the day. They just prefer to go out and eat fruits and nectar during dawn and evening because it's cooler and there are less predators around.

That's mint you can also make it as a tea. Therine is right for your safety you should rinse it first to remove any dirt or insects. It looks like not completely rinse.

Amazing video as always we love the rawness of the videos. The video of the beach with the bats and sunset was tourist video quality very impressed my man
I went there in 1998 with my friends. We had a great time. I remember one evening, the bell at the bar kept on ringing and every time it rings it’s free shots for everyone at the bar. I still have my pictures with the security guards with their guns to keep the guests safe. Great memories in the island. Then we went to Cebu and spent Christmas sa Boracay.

Therine is right about washing the leaves. You should have drained the first pour a few seconds after a quick stir of the leaves. Then pour another set of hot water you steep for tea

Been there 1991 the place is fantastic, there's a hidden beach on the left side of the island, we climb at the top of it's mountain and during sunset tame deers are roaming around the place.
Good day, from Ilocos. it's been cool that your blogs I 'ved been warching for long time are highligthing those parts of the country that are not popular and we learn it more as most of us Filipinos can't reach those places.

the bats appear to be fruit bats, so there must be a lot of wild fruit in the area, but i wonder how far the bats must fly every evening to find the fruit. Dimaquiat island seems to be a magical and beautiful place to visit. Amping (*_*)

Club Paradise is very nice. Hiking up the tower gives you a great view. Snorkeling just up front. it is also near a wildlife preserve with giraffes you can feed.

Paradise Island, oh what a perfect place for my favorite couple! I always look forward for You & Therine vacation escapades! Beautiful to see you guys enjoying exploring this place & it’s panoramic view. Unbelievable sunset , capturing the bats flying overhead was mesmerizing ....the food being served is unique & artistically arranged by the staff. Cherish the memories !
