Glad you enjoy it! There's quite a few episodes for you to catch up on! I never really liked NML until I played this way, I think it's now one of my favourite maps.
That's great, thanks for watching. 👍 Yeah, it was a spur of the moment thing on the bus on the way home from work. I saw Chainsaw and Daggerwins video and thought "I wonder how I would do against them" And yes, there is another. I am doing their Korpi Co-op challenge with my friend GrainMan, check out his channel too
Thank you for the follow 👍 I hope you enjoy the series. I'm still working on the editing process for it, and there's been a few bumps along the way. I really need to get the length of the vodeos down about 10 or 15 minutes, i think
Thanks for showing me how to use that damn water tank, I put down another water tank because I thought this one just didn’t work. If only I tried walking up to it I would’ve seen the help trigger 😅
That's great! I'm glad I helped another player 👍 It's a bit of a pain as it only stays open for 120 seconds, so anything over about 16k litres won't fill in one go.
That's pretty much what this series does. I hate chopping trees, so i keep it to a minimum throughout the series. You can't totally get away from it, though. Early game you are waiting for Or crops to grow, so it gives you something to do. Late game, you need to make bigger fields, so trees need to go. Thanks for watching
I realise this is an older video, but the reason you got speckly fertilising in NML is ploughing under the meadow. You get the free fert stage, but not on the tiles where the meadow had weeds. Comes up repeatedly in other creators videos too so thought id explain that one. Tends to happen on the first cycle of a new field
Yeah, I eventually figured that out. This was the first time I'd played on a map where you have to create your own fields. I really enjoyed this series, and after the 60 episodes, went on to do another coop series with GrainMan on the Korpi map. I now run this NML as an open multiplay livestream with people from his Discord
@afarmingtrucker2456 i'm guessing the rocks can't be used for anything with the Platinum Expansion? I never got around to doing anything with them in Silverrun Forrest. Are they still just a decoration in this version of No Mans Land?
@pcplayermalc I honestly don't know about the rocks. I don't think so, as the map wasn't updated after the release of Silverrun. Also, I think these features are locked by Giants, and are not available for use by others. (Could be wrong, but there has been issues in the past, in FS19, over 3D tracks....)
That other seeder you were looking at for $12k was a direct drill vs the one you chose not being direct drill, so that would save much time after the first field creation and seeding. Nice run on the tractor, thats a good buy. I would have started out with the tractor (with front loader), a semi decent but cheap mower, cheapest silage pit, and a sheep pen with some sheep if there was enough money left to get the wool going. I am not sure if Dagerwin and Chainsaw have the super cheap micro bale size baler mod on, cos if they did then that would work great to great some small bales. What I didnt 100% agree with on Daggerwin and Chainsaws series is the use of those greenhouses (mushrooms and flowers). That basically took all the survival and challenge out of it, and they were already on easy economy. Even the sawmill is borderline, feed it a couple of trees and next morning you have 50 or 60k in profits. I am glad that there is discussion on Daggerwins video about them not using the gold production, although... I dont see that making too much gold really, as you feed that production stones from the field and that would limit things I think. It probably doesnt make as much as the flowers. Also the Abi Attachments $8000 water tanker was better than the modded Joskin, which was 4300L for $8000 vs the Abi Attachments one at just over 6000L for the same price.
I agree with a lot of that, but at the time when you throw yourself into these things and have to think on the spot, you don't always make the best decisions....you'll lose your head with my baler choices later in the series! Lol I think with the greenhouses, though, it's not really an issue when you're starting out with $100k, and it means you can start getting bigger equipment early on in the series. Thanks for watching and commenting, i hope you can watch them all 👍
Easy Dev Controls, but it's PC only. It's a great tool and very useful when you make content or want to set up a starting farm. Hope that helps. www.farming-simulator.com/mod.php?mod_id=244313
For $1500 more you could have had 7300L water tank. You pick $8000 Joskin with 4300L when the base game Joskin is $9500 with 7300L. Your choice makes no sense lol
As well you say this a emulation of Daggerwin, but i don't think you've watched a single episode. lol so many of your questions are answered in Daggerwins first episode.
Side note, none of that was meant to be mean in any way. More a funny observation, i would only know of them if i watched the whole episode. So for you a comment, a like and view is all good. 😝
Well when you first set out and every dollar counts, $1500 might be the difference between being able to do something or not. At the time I didn't need anything bigger so I chose to save as much as I could. It does get replaced with a the 7,300L version eventually.
Love this series....i play NML on the ps5
Thanks for sharing.

Oh this is cool to see someone else try and sorta compete with them. ya earned a new sub for that keep posting I want updates! good luck bro!
Thanks for that. I noticed last night after recording the next episode that they are running on easy economy. So i will need to adjust that.
Followed daggerwin for years, the chill content and informative 👌 thanks for the video
Awesome, thank you! 👍
Looking forward to this, followed you over from Chainsaw's latest!

Be interesting to see a play through of "No man's land" that won't be a heap of episodes of wood carting!

Glad you enjoyed it Peter 👍
This is the first video i've seen from you and i will bi waching more. Keep it up man.
Thanks very much 👍 There's 8 episodes of this series uploaded now, but they're quite long, i need to work on getting them shorter.

@@celem1000 awesome! Thanks for that
I like your channel is the best in the world 🌎🌎
Thanks very much 👍
Really good start to the series! 😀
Thanks 👍
If the stones get in the way there's a sign by store if you cut down removes all stones other than those on map borders
I can't do that unless Chainsaw and Daggerwin do it. I'd be happy to pick them to use for lime, but i'll only do that if I see it in their series, too
The sign at the store removes rocks, NOT stones. If you don't want stones, you have to turn it off in the menu settings.

the drill and then a roller together at the same time
The roller in this episode was terrible. It gets upgraded!
I heard its "fix it again Tony"
Yeah lol. Fix It Again Tomorrow is what i grew up with. FORD -Found On Road Dead

@pcplayermalc thank you for your reply, very quick. I only play on pc more mods that way. Good luck with your channel 👍
You're welcome. I'm happy to help wherever I can 👍
Do you have a special FOV setting? It looks a bit different...i cant say for sure
I'm not sure about that, i'd need to check. I run the hud at a reduced size, 60% i think, so the dial will look different.
They are not doing seasonal growth on their MP challenge.
Thanks. I figure that out in episode 2 or 3. 👍
Im OCD about my field lines too
It's not OCD...it's just they HAVE to be straight and square! lol
do you have the list of urs mods??
i love lo videos
I don't have a list at the moment. It's something I can try and sort out though.
Do you have a list of mods you did start with?
Not yet. I'll try and sort that today and add them to the video description.
I am doing the same thing
Excellent, how many months in are you?
@@pcplayermalc i recorded month 3 last night going to get it edited and uploaded after work today

@@pcplayermalc You did handicap yourself by starting with $100000 less than they did as well, so i see your choice.
I made this video the day that Chainsaw & Daggerwin released their first video. I'd like to know what information I missed from each of their videos.
