9:20 in the bottom left it shows what direction you are facing. Get the first number to 0, 90, 180, or 270 exactly, then start moving with the paint tool. It will give you a straight line. Looks like you did it on 0

In fs19 that brown thing is the only field on the map
There are mod that allows cultivators to create field
If you're wanting more money all of the collectibles are in the same place, and they give you like a $1,000,000
For creating fields there is a field painting tool you could use next time. It comes with the no man's land map.
