I agree with a lot of what you said. They appear to be a grass-roots operation and are a little over whelmed currently. They are working on it. A couple of things that may improve your rating for you. With the smart dry fire mag, that trigger timing is adjustable on the mag for both reach and travel, as all guns are different. So it will work in most guns of this type. Secondly, as a compilation shooter I dry fire a lot, and having to rack my pistol to fire the laser everything is time consuming. I paired the Smart mag with my I-Target app now I can shoot as fast as I want and it records the hit. I can work on drag and fire several rds for a par time. Yes, I too wish the price were a little lower and customer service was better, again they are working on those issues.

I have the standard dry fire mag and use it with a Glock and red dot. It’s improved my overall shooting.
