Man you really weren't kidding you make buying a 2019 bmw 330i so much easier of a decision simply due to how accessible the spark plugs are and how easily an oil change can be done well worth the sub thanks a ton
All good brotha!! Just pace yourself and keep an eye on the maintenance log in the dash. It will tell you all you need to know. I do my plugs at least once every 40k-50k because it's so easy for most cars. I don't let em go til they throw a misfire. Nope. At least pull a plug every blue moon to see how charred it is. That'll give you an idea of when it's time to pull em all. You're gonna love that 330i, trust me! I've got a video with the mats I have in mine, so check that out. Everyone loves the mats! There's a link where I got em, too. Easy install, as well!
Welcome brotha! Easy and very inexpensive. Been changing mine for 2yrs. Just hit 108k miles and the engine purrs like a kitten! Started at 36k and now we here!
To reset the check engine light, press the start button when you get in the car. The dash will light up. You should already have your OBD II scanned plugged into the port by this point. Go to CLEAR CODES on the scanner. The scanner will process and go back to it's regular screen. Start the car and the engine light should be gone.
@@MicDropBBQ no codes are popping up. It's just the message that the oil change is overdue on the screen infotainment screen. I am wondering if the BC button is bad though because I have tried the press the start stop button sequence as well.
@@MicDropBBQ So I have 2019 330i with 32k miles. I just got an oil change using LM oil. And the ceratec arriving from Amazon in three days. Do you think this ceratec will really help on the engine? I’m afraid this might make it worse.

@@MicDropBBQ no luck. Could not reset the check engine oil and the check engine light is still on.
@@MrRedDawg1 What's the code you're getting?

@MrRedDawg1 when you press the BC button without pressing anything else, does it work?
Can I use 0W - 30 mobile 1 engine oil?
Depends on the climate you live in. Google your average temp at the time and see which oil viscosity works best.
