How to use the Route Import & Real-time Navigation functions of the Amazfit T-Rex 2?
Amazfit T-Rex 2 is built to support precise and intuitive real-time tracking of your GPS positioning and movement. This rugged outdoor GPS smartwatch's latest firmware update introduces the Route Import and Real-time Navigation features that you need, to add a new dimension to your outdoor adventures.
Amazfit T-Rex 2 latest update adds Real-time Navigation & Route Import features
Amazfit latest rugged sports watch - the T-Rex 2 was launched with a couple of innovative features that may have attracted many enthusiasts of sports like mountain biking, trekking, or snowboarding. Zepp Health advertised the second-gen rugged smartwatch as having the ability to import and display routes directly on its AMOLED display. This feature will allow users to use Real-time Navigation to find and follow a route without having to pull out a smartphone.
Amazfit has fulfilled this commitment by releasing Zepp OS v9.22.7.2 for the T-Rex 2. Not only does it enable Training Templates for this watch, but it also adds Real-time Navigation and Route Import. The import can be done via the Zepp app on a smartphone or through other services such as Strava or local QR-code facilities.
Route Import & Real-time Navigation
Just in time for summer, Amazfit T-Rex 2 users can now unleash their inner explorer by importing GPX/TCX/KML route files to their watch. Route files can be downloaded from external channels, such as Strava or directly via a location's QR code, and transferred into the Zepp App, before being imported to the Amazfit T-Rex 2. The user's movement as they navigate along this imported route can be displayed in real-time, directly on the display, making it easier than ever to embark on an outdoor adventure along a famous trail.
Training Templates
Users can create training templates in the Zepp App, which can be applied to 11 different sports. Each template can be divided into Warm Up, Training, Rest, and Recovery stages - which can be repeated up to 30 times per template - and users can enable Warm Down when the workout is complete. The watch can even be set to to send reminders or automatically change training stages based on the user's workout data, to help keep training smooth and efficient. After completing their workout, users can view their performance for each training stage, directly on the watch.

Nice run by on the vid. How did you set the "FONTS or Settings" on the ZEPP or Amazfit app so that the Navigation turn by turn directions has a "large" icon? Mine only shows the 1st direction and after that the fonts are tiny with no arrow icons showing.
You have to change the settings in the amaze fit notify four smart watch app. you can download that app from Google App Store.😊🙏🏻

How about import route (gpx) when it uses for hiking or trail run?
Hi, you can use Road import through GPX maps using Maps for GPS online and import Rout , it also has a AppStore, which you can use to display your life. Turn by turn GPS navigation, it also has a backtrack feature that lets you move to your starting point, the backtracked feature is embedded in settings menu once you have chosen a particular activity like walking or running
Is it possible to load topo maps on watch? Or only GPX routes.
You can use GPX files as of now in the watch 🥂

was wondering if there is any possibility and if so, how can i do it, to do Ghost Training in a route with the Trex 2.... What do i mean with Ghost Training?
For example , You download a route in a map into your Trex 2. You do this trail in an x amount of time... The next time You do this route , the watch tells You if You are dragging or running behind your previous time or if You are doing a better time than your last run... But in real time while You are running....

It is a minimalist route program baked into the T Rex two. T rex two is designed in a way who would like to try out the Trail feature in its very simplest form.

buddy, I have a question, suppose I go for a run wearing it, to track my data ( like how much I ran, calories etc) do I have to always have my phone connected to the watch or can I just leave my phone at home and go for any activity and my watch will track it anyway?
Hi, the watch is amazing that because it has a dual band. GPS and you can leave that watch. I mean you can leave that phone in home and you can go for a run admiring your sexy watch and it will still track you can track back you can do location sharing you can I import roads please refer my detailed video upcoming video as well as other videos in Amazfit trex 2 pro to know the functionalities of this amazing watch🙏🏻😊🥂

Hi...question please. See the watch face on the right on the opening of the video (0:05)? Where the face is colored white on the top and bottom...how do you change this to a different color like what is shown by Amazon? It is like a sand color instead of white.
