Occasionally i do the same in my kitchen. We called it as " SAMBAL KEPALA UDANG" we mix them with chilli and onions, grind, blend them to a paste.... Wallaaaa its a nice condiments with your Noodles or anything to fry ❤❤❤

When u boil the shrimp head & skin then strain them.. So it becomes "shrimp stock" can be used making hokkien mee, mee curry, & others.. Very yummy
