      There are a few components to doing colon cleansing at home. One resource I found which succeeds in merging these is the Dajons health plan (check it out on google) definately the no.1 resource that I've seen. look at the super info .

      Sea salt baths cleanse as good as sage! Since I've began doing them
      (I'm also a reiki student.) I cant get over how better I sleep and feel. Every single night I take one. I add sea salt and coconut oil. Just eye balls it.🥰✌

    When I want to just get junk food out of my system, and detox, I just try to:
    1-Drink A LOT of water. (As you said
    2-Go for long walks. (As you also said)
    3-Eat as much fruit as I can.
    I didn't know about the lemon/cucumber water, thanks for the tip!

    Twice a week I do a hyperthermia treatment in hot water until I get my temperature up to 102 degrees. I also do a 36 hour water fast every Monday to recover from any carbs I might have eaten over the weekend.

    Lemon water is excellent because lemon gives the body energy! I have a lavender-lemon spray that combats anxiety (lavender) while energizing the body (lemon).
    One of the things I like to do to detox is crush negative thinking by reading inspirational or encouraging poetry! Having the right mindset can help the body feel more relaxed and motivated! However, for the body, meditation during yoga helps me out!
    I totally agree with drinking water because it just flushes everything out! I found that cucumber water tastes really good, which I didn't expect!
    I am confused why it is good to stay away from dairy though. I can understand that some dairy products can be very fattening, and I understand that being lactose intolerant can lead to some interesting experiences, but it is just good to avoid in general? Teach me almighty guru Amanda Faye! =)

    I ate and drank WAY too much bad stuff this weekend (Labor Day weekend) so I'm trying to get back on track today. I just got home from a nice 2 mile run in the sunshine by the river and I'm currently drinking some water with lime and basil. I feel so much better already!

    Whenever I'm trying to avoid crappy foods but I'm craving something crunchy, I snack on some celery sticks or cucumber slices. It's really refreshing and gives me that nice crunch I always like. If I want to add a little something, I eat cucumber with a tad of chilli powder or tajin (but only a little bit of that because it's high in sodium) and some lemon juice. It's a nice cold tasty treat that satisfies cravings.

    there is this really good documentary called That Sugar Film that is absolutely amazing. It talks about sugar and why it is bad for you and it shows a unique way to lose weight. Like it seriously changed the entire way I think about food.

    Okay so I actually really like these tips. I don't know if anyone knows about this smoothie but it's the Naked smoothly and it's green and it's SO GOOD and makes me feel so detoxes after I drink it so I really recommend it. There are different flavors but don't EVER get the protein one because it tastes like sand👌🏿

    Try “oil pulling” .. it’s one of the most fastest and effective ways to detox body. It just takes 10-15 minutes. Happy detoxing😊

    When I'm feeling gross and tired (which is often thanks brain) I drink a LOT of ice water with lemons and lime chopped up in it. For any of you in the comments who are trying to get off coffee/caffeine, it's a super great way to kinda jolt yourself up, without needing the coffee

    I am vegetarian and when I know I ate too much junk for last few days I immediately stopped fitting in my clothes so I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING if o don’t want to buy new clothes ... my most favourite thing is cook reasonably healthy food without any oil/butter for 2-3 days as much as possible and dairy as less as possible

    Cayene pepper is what gives it the spicy kick! That amount of Ginger alone can not be spicy.

    also if you live near a beach. I've overcome my worst hangovers simply by taking a 1 hour dip in the ocean. I find the salt content draws all of the toxins out. I don't recommend drinking too much. but if you do go to the ocean and spend at least an hour in the water. and yes. I M from Cali. lol.

    I try to do every monday a "Veggie Monday", because I always feel like I eat to much in the weekends, so I eat like salads or veggies rolls or something ...foods who don't make me feel like I have 400 kg. I try to drink every day water, but I have to put like blood orange or cucumber because I can't drink if don't have some flavour in it.
    (I'm sorry if my english is bad, I don't regulary write comments because of that :) )

    Sea salt is even better. It pulls out physical toxins and energetic toxins from your aura. The power is amazing. Every night I take a tub in coconut oil and sea salt. Since I've began this practice I cant say enough how much better my sleep and mental clarity has become.

    There is a line of tea by "Traditional Medicines" and I drink one called "smooth move." I sometimes drink that when I need a good cleanse.

    I go on a 3 day veg and fruit diet when I eat like a slob. After that 3rd day I start to feel more alive with more energy. Also I was told this is a 7 day routine that’s supposed to be accomplished however, for me after day 3 I see results.

    I drink the lemon water, except, I juice ten rough skin lemons (Skin, pulp, seeds, everything), then I put them back together, I take a tablespoon of the lemon mush, add it to a glass of hot water and drink everything... the movements! MOVEMENTS I TELL YOU!

    Mmm. The smoothie sounds delicious :) I really love, ginger but will try not to add too much when I try it.
    For a healthy "pizza like" snack, last week I tried ritz crackers topped with a slice of fresh tomato and pieces of mozzerella cheese stick. It turned out to be a cute yet appetizing snack, right in time for when I was craving junk food.
    Whenever I feel bloated, but still feel the craving for the carbonated goodness of an unhealthy soda, I try to drink a carbonated mineral water. It takes care of the craving for a bubbly soda, without the sugar and the corn syrup, and its also great for stomach cramps.

    pure cranberry juice, I dillute it with water because it is very, very bitter and you can make it last longer by dilluting it simply by adding the water.

      Everything is great about that. However, GMO's aren't harmful. I don't mean any harm, but GMO's just have a bad rep due to ignorance. They help a lot of people. Look up "golden rice." It is rice that is modified to have keratine in it, the healthy stuff in carrots. It is saving lives in Africa and the Middle East, as well as India.

    I actually don't like junk food so, I don't have this problem, but generally I say, eat a lot of fruit, I'm crazy about fruit, mostly peach or tomatoes, and walking or jogging, just go outside and breath, it's really important, if I don't do this like, 3 times a week, I'm feeling really bad, with difficulties to breath and all.

    I don't really have a detox tip but I guess this could be one for me it would be getting up early for a morning run or a really long walk. I've only recently started running but I'm finding it so great beucase I started a new job this week and it's been really difficult fitting in and a bit stressful on me with my anxiety too but when I'm running it's just me and my iPod and I feel exhausted after but so great at the same time. I will also run the day after having something really high calorie.

    Make your own chocolate sugar free , equal amounts of organic cocoa powder ,organic coconut oil, organic raw local honey, mix till smooth place in refrigerator for 2 hours for fudge or place in freezer for 30 minutes for more of a candy bar.

    DIRAY!!! but we make all our dairy at home and we have a cow who gives us fresh milk every morning. I can not not drink milk. I have to argue to not have milk in the morning. My mum does get mad if I I don't drink milk in the morning even tho I try to tell her it makes me feel bloated

    I don't think it's considered a detox thing, but I love lemon ginger tea when I have an upset stomach (after regretting eating those bad foods you mentioned).
    I'm definitely going to try that hot lemon water in the mornings.

      I think that could be considered a detox tip. I know lemons very refreshing and good for your digestive system and that ginger is good for your immune system and also helps flush away all the nasties. :)

    Help, i ate a ROLL of butter with bread, it was the second thing i have ever ate today as I've been drinking 700ml+ water every 2 hours, did i just ruin my diet or???

    I am trying to find a way to detox the PM2.5 from my body. First off, the stuff is in ALL air from North to South Pole. So doing a two or even a three day Fast, while drinking the Spa water does help. What also helps is keeping anymore PM2.5 from creeping into your body by first wearing a mask which filters it out and having a whole home filter so you can breath happy while inside without a mask. And since the PM2.5 is the smallest pollution particle out there (at the moment) you’ll also be filtering out all of the larger particles too. Just something you should reeeerally be thinking about when trying to Get or Stay healthy. Also, PM2.5 pollution is THE Main contributing factor in people developing and dying from Diabetes. I’m a Type II Diabetic and have brought my levels down from staggering 356 to a normal 81. Now That’s saying something. God Bless.

    In view of the fact that it will be absolutely impossible to detox your body in 1 day I may remark that it will be the best to take regularly 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

    just remeber that fruit has a lot of sugar too so try not to eat a whole bunch during your day. but you should always have at least 1 or 2 a day
