This is for the people arguing about the type of jollof rice she prepared. The arguments is that it is Ghanaian jollof rice. Please guys. Cooking is a skill which apparently depends on the cook. It shouldn't be a debate on which country is better in making jollof rice. It's certainly not maturity. So many homes in Nigeria use this method not having any country style in mind. She is a Nigerian cooking happily exactly what she wants to eat. I have prepared jollof rice using this method so many times without any country style of cooking in thought.
