I love watching these kinds of videos. I get a lot of ideas for meal planning watching these. I keep a running inventory on my phone of what's in my fridge, freezer & pantry and it makes meals so much easier to plan.
I have a running list of expiration dates of the food in my kitchen, and when I'm meal planning I look at that list to see what will be expiring soon, so I use up the food before the expiration date expires. That system seems to work well for me.
I always add this tip on pantry organization videos. Use the "blackstock" 1st. The part stored in the airtight containers will stay fresh longer than the part stored in the open original packaging held closed with a clip. Just something to think about.

I enjoyed this video Sophie. Buying in bulk makes Sense a s the prices are reasonable. I feel the same way about bananas, I don't buy the froze ones because I get more when I buy as a bunch. Thanks for sharing.❤️
Enjoyed watching your video. While cleaning out the pantry saves money for a few weeks, it's inevitable that the next grocery haul ends up costing a lot more than we're used to seeing at the register. Our closest Costco is about an hour away as well, so we bulk shop at Sam's Club instead.

Have you tried Classico Pesto? It’s my favorite but I have to be careful because I’m allergic to pine nuts so I haven’t been able to try the one from Costco.
What is the distance between your shelves vertically? My pantry has been so tough to organize and I am thinking of taking a shelf out to spread them vertically. Thank you.!
Sophie please do research on Farm raised fish! The fish live in a very toxic environment! I was able to watch a TH-cam documentary on this subject. Boy what an eye opener.

You should invest in a Food Saver vacuum system! They have them at Costco and we use ours all the time for freezing and storing. Love it!
