I use my X32 Compact since 2015, recorded several releases on it and still use it as my main drum recording device...but to be honest the wing is ordered already:-) . But i can highly recommend the x32. I shot out the pre´s against my Warm Audio WA273 Neve Clone pre...the x32 won it.
Wing compact and rack are the successors to x32 gear. Only buy x32 if it is on sale for way cheaper then a wing. Here the x32 rack and the wing rack have the same price still 😂
@OP “Killing it softly…” in that case? 😊 The X-32s will float around in the 2nd hand market, drawing future users into the… Behringer mindset (let’s go with that for the moment…). This is one corporation bringing on both the “old” and the “new” - so, no expected loss to them or the dealership. So… If the so called “economy” gets out of its slight turmoil (for both buyers and supply lines, too many caveats…), it’ll be fine. The Wing generation slowly takes over what the X-32s once created. The (hopefully) affordable entry to medium scale audio production, that is. Maybe not a “win-win”, but at least “win-acceptable”…?
Not necessarily my friend…the x32 is EVERYWHERE…home studios, countless churches and rental rehearsal studios and of course live performance venues…the Wing is a great upgrade, if you’re ready to do so, I believe it will be a slow transition from the x32 to the Wing, for those who’ve already got an x32 in place. For those who where intending on purchasing a digital mixing platform for the first time, maybe the Wing Compact will be their preferred option. Not to mention, the awesome price drop on the x32, in a bundle configuration available at SweetWater…(an x32 compact full size or rack, with a 100ft. Ether con, shielded cable, with cannon connectors AND an S16 stage box. I’m certainly impressed by what the Behringer Wing compact brings to the table…but the x32 isn’t gonna go away quietly! 🕶🥁🎵🎼🎶🎤🎹🎸🎭 In any event, I wouldn’t be so quick to count the x32 out just yet

the x32 rack is now $900 and xr18 is $450, finally attainable for an x32 rack to me
@@samuelharmoko250 not at thomann in Europe sadly. How much for the X18 (not r) there? Here 588€
Is new wing come with dante card and waves soundgrid inside already so do need an additional card to be purchased later?
Optional purchase. And either Dante or waves on the internal slot. But there is a Dante card for the external slot too
How much wing compact ?
2300 euros
I’ve had three x32 compacts They all crapped out
Wing compact and rack will kill beringher x32. This is the end of beringher x32
Depends on pricing. The x32 is still a good console totally usable.

Maybe it's the beginning of a thriving second hand market for the X32 for those of us who can't afford a new X32?
