Dear Vivo, I really like the direction your taking here. Highlighting the importance of health. If we (humans) are healthier around the world, then we will have higher qualities of life. Within that quality, is better cooperation and interaction between our brother and sisters. If we as humans are healthier we would not only have the capacity to be happier but also more able to be more rational and there in be able to make better decisions for our future. I’m in.

Love the content. Regarding strength training, I’ve got a shoulder injury which has gotten worse through strength training over the years and requires surgery. I’m currently doing leg and core workouts in conjunction with getting into running until I can get a surgery. Is this a good way to keep moving?

Yes. Movement is the primary goal and our best defense against ill health. I have student athletes, (I coach jiujitsu), that deal with various injuries due to the sport. Shoulders are big one. Keeping them moving via running/walking, abdominal exercise, and whatever strength work they can do without aggravating the issue has been key to keeping them in shape. This also helps them if they need surgery because they recover faster due to being in better shape
