  • “Get comfortable being uncomfortable.” ‪@RossEdgley‬
Endurance sport can be defined as a requirement to sustain activity while enduring a level of physical stress. This demands psychological resilience - a skill that is innate to our human nature. But like all skills, it’s either use it or lose it.
In the modern, cushioned world of comfort-seeking, we’re losing our ability to respond efficiently to stress and we are becoming less resilient.
If you step out of your comfort zone and shift your barometer by just 1 degree, you might unlock a potential in you that you didn’t know you had.
Discover the Human Potential course for free with any purchase*, designed to empower and guide you towards health and happiness.
*limited-time offer for the next four weeks only

This man is truly inspirational. Sometimes you have to suffer to reach the goal. Or as I like to call it EMBRACE THE SUCK

Thats exactly my WHY for doing extrem much sports, so my kids can decide by them self, to do something between some sport and much sport. So i actually erase the idea of „no healthy way of life“.
Even my family and friends look forward to do 20% of my workload (hey should be easy), they will come to more quality in life❤️

I agree with everything, however your stress and my gym stress is a choice in a controlled context. Try taking someone’s kids away during them and evicting them and tell them it’s good for them

Try surviving through a harsh winter with predators on your tail and not a trace of food in sight or emergency backup systems.

In the animal kingdom there is no effort, stress, trying, suffering in order to succeed, to accomplish. All these are mind tricks and Aristotle was obsessed with the mind and logic. The universe doesn't strive, a bird just fly....

What a set of beautiful words Sir.
I agree. Things should flow with the current as it is intended.
May us feel encompassed by love and consciousness.

What a lie what a lie, in the animal kingdom there's a lot of effort and stress, if you are a small animal, you have predators around chasing all the time, if you are a tiger you will have days of not finding food, or missing the prey, nature is not a paradise, it is cruel, and only the strongest can survive
