Imagine how the person who first discovered this was feeling. Amazed, confused, scared, bewildered, all at once. He/she probably thought it was an illusion, or that the orchid itself was carnivorous. But upon further inspection they realized it was a mantis that evolved to love just like an orchid and mimicked it to lure and snatch prey, which probably was the coolest thing in nature they witnessed in a awhile.
Eyeball Art God create everything, He made such gorgeous and beautiful creatures which match perfectly with it home. This proves evolution didn't exist, there's no way this God made gorgeous and beautiful living creatures exist just because coincidence of evolution.
Scarlet Sorcerer he says that the orchid mantis attract insects better than the orchid itself but if you look from from the ultraviolet prospective she didn't me make that so that means she is like a flower who doesn't have nectar so the insect I'm not attracted to it just ignore it.....
Amazing and feel extremely lucky to have observed one in the wild, and looking forward to find, cherish, be amazed, photograph without harming once again!
The orchid mantis is one of the rarest insects in the insect kingdom in order to protect itself from predators it disguises itself as an orchid truly remarkable for an insect
That's camouflaged at its finest. Have to look close for those things. Insects dont stand a chance. Straight savage too. Good thing they are small. Great video

Continued. The hatchlings were the size of mosquitoes & color of straw, very very FAST. Hilariously tickled my arm hairs and went into adult defensive poses, arching to be taller with arms held way out and up beside heads, a mighty half inch wide. Made several trips to the bamboo the adults love to release. Egg sac still hatching so I put it where stalk met tiny branches and they kept emergin....!
Proof that nature and our world isn't just a random act of occurrence, its all nurtured by intelligent design, to be born to blend into the very environment you inhabit that allows you to thrive is testament to the beauty and magnificence that surrounds our little blue planet, its not by mistake.
It could potentially be a giant Asian because of the location. I’ve owned mantis a few years but I’m still not very good at identifying them. I’m sure if you posted a screenshot in a mantis Facebook group that be able to tell you straight away!
Dat sneeky bastid won't see me hiding as a shotgun branch on the next tree I see it sitting on, I might even be the nice bark covered branch wiv 2 nice holes in it! lololol
