earlier this year, i was struggling with irritability and anger as a symptom of depression. it took a lot of work to get out of that. This week is my last week teaching middle school before winter break, and I work with kids who are prone to fighting and arguing. Its been the year of de-escalation and peace practice for me. Thanks for helping me go to work today with a clear level head and a calm happy attitude :)
Thank you for using the extended child's pose in your practice. I find it very hard to breathe in regular child's pose so its nice to not have to feel like the exception by modifying it myself.
