Ingredients (for 5 people) :
- 1 can of corn (~300g)
- 1 onion - sliced
- 80g unsalted butter
- 75g plain flour/cake flour
- 800ml whole milk
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- a dash of pepper
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
For the coating
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp milk
- bread crumbs/panko
- some plain flour
