That trailblazer logo where the switch should be is so ugly lol
I just took it out, and painted all the little details in black, grey and dark grey so it looks like a mini art work of forest scenery, and then I painted the TrailBlazer lettering in white. Safe to say, it looks really good!
Put a new radio with harness on my 03 trailblazer works great when i turn to ACC ON but audio turns off when i start the car..turn the car off and audio comes back!.. every wire is color coded and connected properly but cant figure out why this happens...

where is the amp in this car
This video is great! I have a question, I've got a 03 TB and I'm replacing the factory stereo and possibly the door speakers. I've got Bose in mine. I was curious if I replace the front door speakers with aftermarket speakers, will it sound as good as it does now? I've never heard door speakers sound as good as the ones in there now. The bass is incredible for factory
as long as the aftermarket speakers you buy arent cheap it should sound great

my jvc stereo (single din) only has on spot to put the harness and not a spot for the other black wire that comes in the factory stereo
What size is that double din
All double din are the same size technically. Some just have different size screens if you go with a touchscreen

Just get the right parts like dashkit wire harness and antenna adapter and its pretty easy from there with the right stuff

Quick question: Great video first off. My radio sounds like it has a crossover issue. All of the Bass and Midrange is lost with only the high end coming through the speakers. Will raplacing the radio fix the problem as well as still keep my Sirius XM and OnStar Satellite features?
this could be a few different things 1 if you have the bose system the amp could be bad. but most likely if the amp is bad then you wont get any sound. if your only getting high end sound that sounds like you might have tweeters up front and your mid speakers are blown. you can probably replace the speakers and be good without touching the radio i would take a door off and test the speaker to see if its blown

Are the wiring harnesses for these hard to come by? I picked up a deck and now cant find one anywhere. Theres a shop that can get one but he says it's like 240 bucks.

How do you hook up the steering wheel control wires
i got a couple videos on how to install SWC just have to see which which one your going to buy for the vehicle

I also have an 07 trailblazer without nose or onstage. I bough a radio and the harness, a guy at the shop told me to run red wire to the fuse. How did you do that? Or do I not need to worry about it.
Good question so you need to find a fuse at the box that will give you 12volts with the car on and 0 with the car off it's best to use a multimeter and use the dc volts setting to find which fuse you need. Simply take your black lead and attach it to ground and start testing fuses with the red lead. You will have to do this if you bought the cheap harness cause that car has no ignition behind the radio
