7:07, I'd be scared to walk past that thing from 20 feet away
Imagine all of this was done by hand back in the day. That's even more impressive.
The first piece would have been a full day job for me. Rofl
Фак ю
Probably take a full day off work
Yep, and the people who create the first machine that can do this
@@user-ls3vv3wq9g дурак ?
I'm a machinist... this is fun to watch right..trust me its even more fun making it
these machines ain't incredible or amazing but those minds who designed and made them.
Salute to them.
You obviously don't know what you're talking about. If you've ever worked on these type of machines, you'd change your mind pretty quickly.
Yeah.... good luck getting that message across to the engineers at HAAS.
What are you talking about? These machines are incredible. Unless I missed the sarcasm.
@@GameTimeWhy you just said they aren't, now you're saying they are...
I think you're ignorant as hell and trying to make some kind of profound comment.
@@Anomaly.Filmworks wut?
My dad was a CNC grinder for the past 45 years. He learnt grinding the old school way. Since Rolls Royce made those huge redundancies this year his work place lost out on a huge contract and they had to lay him off. The past decade the UK is drying up and hes struggling to find something similar. He hasn't been the same since losing his job. Such a shame as this looks so satisfying too and he always talked about his job not that I understood what the feck he was on about! Hoping the industry claws it's way back from these dark days
It's been 8 months something improve?
The trick is to keep growing your skills. My latest qualification was earned when I was 59. Still working at 76
@@geoffcrumblin9850 Still working? I'm in my 40's and I can't wait to retire. 😄
Geoff Crumblin still working at 76? There's no way I'll be still working at that age, especially when I take into account that no male relative in my family has lived past 75 years of age. I guess we don't last long where I'm from 😥
The industry is fine, the problem is that retraining a lot of the older operators is challenging and the industry is moving towards more and more design side cad/cam knowledge. Automated production is growing, it's not just CNC but it's automation end to end. If he's looking to find work, his best bet is if he is a quality skilled programmer/operator, get in there learn cad/cam and repurpose that knowledge. I know as i am going through the same thing with the automotive industry, 30 yrs and 20 as a Master automotive technician, I am moving to automated manufacturing here at home. Bought multiple machines, starting a home based business. the customer base is global and if you buy and refurbish older machines, you can get brutally competitive on quotes and make a ton of money and stay as busy as you want. Look up the Google channel, titans of CNC, they have incredible online courseware !!!
I am amazed at the genius of the men who design the machines that make the machines, and the men who design the PROGRAMS for them. WAY above my pay grade !
i dont mean to be offtopic but does anyone know of a method to log back into an instagram account..?
I stupidly forgot the account password. I appreciate any help you can offer me.
@Darren Gerald instablaster ;)
@Deacon Shane thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm.
I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
And what to say then to the One that designed and programed the men that designed and programed the machines
and women.
sophisticated machinery ...
Top markotop pokonamah..👍
Formidable 👏👏👏👏
Respect to all that run these machines and to the engineers that created these machines from the first one ever made too these awesomely giant machines of today 😘👌👍👍👍👍
IT'S A FASCINATING SIGHT!
Wonderfull Machine.
This is what I do!
Machining is the bomb!
Me too here in Sweden.

Amazing machines unbelievable 👍
Man made wonders.
Fantastic!
Must say - OMG !

Good machining makes me smile
Its great machine...
I've been programming and running cnc machines for 32 years, it's not really that exciting after 3 decades of doing it every day
Pretty much almost every profession doesn’t help there’s a lot of shitty toxic work environments to the job
Great
The 3rd machine is the craziest CNC I've ever seen.
ماشاء الله جزائري مر من هنا
That hook 🪝🔥🔥🔥
That last one slowing down the spindle speed to accommodate for the circumference of the piece, maintaining a steady cutting speed.... Impressive
I used to do CNC control system retrofits to these machines
It was the best time of my life 😬
My grandfather did this stuff for decades, before CNC even existed... all manual.
I did too!
And me !!
Yer just imagine who designed this machine they must be so intelligent and it’s so nice to see the machine at work .
These machines just evolved
Man and machine mesmerising
So true...
They are fabulous when things are running smoothly. It’s when they crash that your shorts turn brown.
Generally they don't crash.
Usually operators make programming or set-up errors that lead to a crash.
Wow❤️
"shiny"
💐👍💐
Very nice working 👍
What a machine🤯 can't believe these tools can handle such treatment
هؤلاء الناس.يستحقون.العلم.والتكلنوجيه.ا
Okay i was pleased
the level of precision in the first machine is crazy
Good work👉👍
wowww
Someone has to make a cool beat with the wire bending mashine sounds
Already done. Listen to any random hip-hop song.
that was my favorite machine for it's enthusiasm for it's job
WOW😲
This video does show some very incredible machines!!!
To think how far this trade has come in the past 150, to maybe almost 200 years is very incredible.
All that work would have either been done by hand, or with a simple machine powered by "pumping a pedal".
Mills and lathes use to only be able to use one tool at a time. Now you have complex machines that incorporate both a mill and lathe into one machine, with multiple cutting tools...that can make multiple passes.
Wow!!! Just wow!!!
Love it ..How could you not ?
I am getting a metal urge to do some metallurgy
Amazing 🤪
Legand süpeer 👍
Генально)))
Very good working client
Thanks.
👍👍👍
Great job sir thanks
Amazing❗
Wow, I am so pleased 100% now
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Congrats for the designer and producer of the very nice machine
ace the music...we want to hear the machine run
Eso sí es trabajo
That job on the hook must have taken a while for the threads alone, never mind the forging and milling.
Oh my God. I am pleased. LOL
Increase that depth of cut.
🥇🥇🥇🥇 super anna
tuyệt vời
Nice
very interesting
Im satisfied by the second one my eyes cant catch it
I seen my first cnc machine in the early 70's it was tape feed...
Paper and metal tape. Been there to.

My dad was a machinist, tool and die maker, he said, "this is going to be the next big thing"
@@joeschlotthauer840 he was correct, smart man.
Отличное качество работы.долгих лет и благополучия каналу .с приветом из солнечной России 🏖️⛄
How's Russia and Ukraine?
He was right I was very pleased to see these great machines working.
Oh My God!!! 100%?
Me too.
I miss. This. Job, im. 15 yrs in this field, specialy mold and die making
I love how the RPM keeps adjusting to maintain the same radial velocity on the outside of the piece.
Yeah constant surface feet is awesome.
Not so loved is the sparks and telltale sound of a worn out tool or shitty feeds and speeds choices on that lathe in the beginning.
Constant surface speed is whats its called.
That's programmed with G50 and G96 surface speed control
04:08 똑같애 똑같애 똑같애~~
THATS SOME DAMN HIGH R.P.M.'s🤓🤓
Title sounds like english translation Chinese instructions. Lol. Great vid
It's not the machines that are amazing bud the people who are programming them.
Yup exactly that.
That's faster then I can do by hand
Machines will make us forgot our Our self, our capabilities, and will make us to much depending on them
Faço em torno de correia em menos tempo e maior qualidade..

4.00 omg 🎇🎆
OOOh the drama...its just machines doing a job LOL
You know I used to be pretty good with a totally manual lathe turned out a lot of good needed projects on the farm and they worked as good or better than the factory units. In watching this my only question where the hell have I been over the last 25 years? There is stuff going on that I never even imagined its nothing but incredible!!!
Just think of the advancements that will take place in another 25 years from now!!!
Think of the advancements that have taken place since the turn of last century (1900)!!!
Humans are capable of such wonders, sadly, we all can't get along.
Think of how much further we could probably be, if the Human race was able to get along with one another.
@@ericwilliams7374 Eric I guarantee your right on the next 25 years but the part that so weird to me is that I cannot even comprehend or imagine what we can do to make it even better than what I see in these vids! I have obviously been so out of touch with for far to long and because of this lack of knowledge on this part of metal work today I dont even have ideas on how to make it better, THAT is rather sad to say!
As far as the human factor goes? After the last couple years I have almost given up hope on THAT ever changing, the US cannot even get our own country to work together within itself! Very sad state of affairs it seems everywhere right now!
Idk if you’ll ever see this but if you want to see some real impressive stuff look at Titans of CNC, they have a youtube channel.
@@clorax1357 thanks much I will surely check it out!!
😃👍
標題也太浮誇了吧
Ok... I guess I was...😜😁
Wtf
3:24 is best!
Omg😶
Can anyone tell me what that giant hook was going to be used for?
Muito legal porém na usinagem a seco não deveria ter o refrigerante pingando sobre a ferramenta pois isso causa choque térmico no inserto trincando-o
@7:50, tow hook for the space shuttle..lol
Judging by the chip count this a high volume manufacturer.
What will we do when they can build themselves?
Товарное кунг-фу
“oH mY gAwD!!!”
Who came here to see the big question-mark ???
It’s a hook block
Oh, me, me!!! I did!!😂😂😂
No hook
I was disappointed they didn't show how they finished the hook.
That is one big hook ... amazing ... the minds that design these machines
Not supposed to throw sparks, gotta fill the lube reservoir every now and then.
You should also provide details of machines used..... Etc....
These are lathes and most were cnc lathes. It's machining
Мне кажется тут музыка лишняя. Для техно маньяка звук работы устройства очень приятен и показателен.
