Half of those modern machines are older than my grandparents...
They are probably new patents
Come on, man, that manual cnc flame cutter is pretty new and high tech!
but they were new... 100 years ago...

The man holding the torch is the machine 💪
This is the dark ages of machines. How is it possible?
China
@@charlespanache7047 damn right!!
Wow. Today they couldn't do any of these jobs because they couldn't be on there cell phones goofing off.
Dude freehanding the plasma cutter is good.
He had a little guide built in
@@brianthibodeau2960 most of it was free hand
Yeah, Factory machine
that's an oxyacetylene cutting torch (unless you mean the first clip where the guy is cutting out slots and a small rectangle with a jig)
4:43 changing parts next to a running drill bit. This thing eats fingers for lunch 😱
Really? I would say that it might cut you bad, but nothing extreme
@@janbernad4729 It is not just a small cut, you might lose your hand there.
Nah. Doping that for ages. Never had any accident
I've done it. In a machine shop in the usa.
Its not that dangerous, its how you get production done. What you want to shut down the whole plant to change parts?
Get real. If you turn off the drill press for ever part that adds about 1 min a part.
The holes are bid out at ?? cents a hole or 1 min a part. You have 300k parts to do. Then a differnt job to run.
Work flow in the shops 3 weeks behind.
And these have to be done next Tuesday it Friday now at 4:30 shop closed at 3:30
Its time and a half for 2 days.
Dude is surgical with that torch!
@Mike Toni 😆 Im familiar with a torch. Considering the thickness of the steel and speed that he is working, no a monkey couldn't do this.
But let me guess, your the picasso of the cutting torch. All must bow to your awesomeness.
Ever wonder where those carbide tips go, when they are missing from a table saw?
I have one inside my abdomen.
Never even felt it go in.
@@kenenglish124 Damn!
Pouring concrete.
I'm sooo impressed.... 😴
Built a lot of fully auto tip brazers, tips were fed by a bowl feeder, blade indexed and clamped tip down on anvil, gas torch heated tip, wire silver solder fed by auto feeder, later models upgraded to induction heat
That free hand torch cutter is good
It is speeded up though...
You better believe it.
So much for safety.
These are the jobs coming back to amurika!
poor worker making circles 12 hours a day
its most likely modern because their government said it is modern ;-)
2:10
The first one, hand eating machine. Im suprised he has gloves on
Safety?
Indian boy is good at cutting circle, ONLY. Very original👏🏻
I'm gonna have nightmares about that hand fed spline roller at the start. There is no way someone has not lost fingers or hole hands to that thing.
That's what I was thinking. What a major pinch point, not sure how they would pass an external audit with that going on?
@@bjyoung3009 that would require some sort of regulating body to exist or actually be enforced.
Guess they wont be needing bikes anymore..
We do the same thing with cars. Talk about a carbon foot print, cars should last 20 years minimum.
People just won't understand how good that guy is with oxy acetylene torch.
I wonder if that first one can roll splines on a finger?
some of these dont belong here, like the manually fluxed carbide edge, this is mind numbing work, like makinf plates in a plate mass manufactuiring factory
"modern" *looses 2 fingers in the process*
Incredibly dangerous
That cutting torch is just badass

When the job you're going to do for the next thirty years is interesting for five minutes
That's some serious work
The carbide tips welded on 8 foot diameter circle saw used to cut logs to length.
I had a saw blow up on me once ....came apart throwing shrapnel everywhere, blowing out the lights. My booth sounded like a popcorn popper.
Ouch, safty glasses and shild, Kevlar work clothes.
Show Gostei 🏴☠️♦️🏴☠️
.
That was not incredible!
This was 19th century production very bad made with cheap Chinese labor!
Understood, agree.
I wish they would run the clips at true speed it less to see the details. It would also be nice to watch a complete process from start to finish and know what the object or device is used for.
So go watch how it’s made
You can turn the speed down
"incredible production processes you must see"
Pouring concrete...
A small press brake...
De-barking trees...
Drilling holes...
Such clickbait...
Wtf was happening at 2:15
Amazing Gas Cutting Knowledge 🤔🤔🤔
Best machines
Lộc chúc bạn vui vẻ mạnh khỏe trong công việc

Health & Safety? Nah, never heard of it mate.
Can someone do a time stamp list with the parts/items being made next to it?
There is nothing incredibile or modern in this video. And safety is missing.
How many of you have done this before, but are watching it anyway?
Ola amigo.

Good but very short clips.
Amazing how things get made!!
I was like damn how can they cut such perfect circles by hand. Then I saw the stencil
Some of them were done freehand.
Time to pause and give thanks for having an education.
They make what we use everyday

0:52 my job 👍😜
Wow
Where are the modern machines? :)

China mostly.😋
2:37 me while watching this video
Сила
So that’s where the fingers go missing
most of it is manual labor supported by a tool or machine, nothing modern about that in my opinion.
I enjoyed it, and i use to wonder a lot how these manufacturers make it possible
Industrial revolution from Western countries....
What is this process 0:21 ?
Shouu de bola
Making circles or diamonds
Humans are naturally drawn to competitive excellence. This display of absent attention to quality shows that these people aren't even human.
