When I first saw his presentations I thought, ‘this man has passion and total dedication’, not just in life and the teaching of UC as a whole, but in his own growth and adaptation and will go far. His humility is a hint of his mastery.

Agreed. Thank you for your thoughtful comment. 💪

Michiel you are passionated and you need to transmit your knowledge, as all good trainers. I can just say, thank you to give me the opportunity to increase my competencies and make progress in the mind set about violence in the street🙏🙏

You are lucky to have him as an instructor.

@@KarateUnity I am not a student of Michiel and nor of Lee. I study their videos (remarkably didactic) and have been working with a friend on these techniques for a few years. The progress is obvious. I feel extremely grateful that they share their knowledge with as many people as possible.

@@bernardpiraux1411 That's great. My coach friends and myself, we often meet in my home dojo, and study material from other sources regularly. It keeps things fresh, and you constantly experiment with what works and doesn't. Cool stuff Bernard. Keep going, all very inspirational. OSU.

@@chrishanson126 experimentation is essential, and as you said, try what others does is very interesting and refreshing.
I'm convinced that the system urban combative is the best way to manage violence on the street.
So I feel good with it, everybody can choose his way , the only one true is when you must use it .
Thank you for your comment about what I expressed regarding urban combative.
exchanging positive ideas always very interesting.
      be well and good training🙂

Most martial arts are not street tested and dont work. This is why UC is so successful ;-p Keep up the Great work UC Netherlands and please start teaching how to defend against headlocks and more knife defense too thanks - Lee Morrison is a Legend ;-p
