By using the pad, is it teaching bad mechanics in the sense of hitting straight in the face rather then jaw line cheek bone...
Which put pad as it's the side of face hitt/strike from an angle...
Like you guys, experience,explaination and demonstration...

Are they hitting with palm or fist?
Some are palm strikes, some are hammer fists
imagined if I striked a bigger wrestler with those punches and he still standing infront of me..probably would be the biggest regret of my life
True. But remember that in a situation you have prepared the best you can, trained the best you can. If you can think, you can work on knowledge and ascertain what will or will not work. That is what training is about, thinking and experimenting. Take what you know and apply with partners. In the case of the bigger wrestler, and your strikes were not effective, you can kick, or...pick up something and hit him with it!
I'd say a bigger regret would be doing nothing!
