That's a nice house. my house cost me around $600k and it's maybe half of that.the thing i notice is that there's no centralized a/c.and and water heater. you didn't mention where to put the a/c
amazing lot area. but the house itself looks crowded and outdated design. the pool area facing the side of the house could have veranda for pool viewing. too large garden sana naexpand pa ung house. if i were to buy this property i could jus build another house in that garden and pool underneath, bathrooms design not nice as well. small rooms, small recieving area. small kitchen. but the lot itself is amazing bcoz its big.

hindi naman ako nang babash bat hindi even yung landscaping sa pool and ang baba ng ceiling compare to other houses. for 30m pesos materials could be a lot better. kudos to developer if he sold it close to 30m

Apparently, no-one thought about pitching the tile pool slab AWAY from the building rather than diverting the rainwater right into it. Also, there should have been a crown or soffit above the kitchen cabinets. The bottom of each cabinet was at this guy's ears! The bottom shelf wouldn't be accessible to an average Filipina... Useless.

Ang awkward ng design ng bahay... Cno ba arkitekto nito..., Brand new modern house pero classic design... ang luma ng ambience.. bat gnyan ung pinili nyang kulay ng brick tiles sa main entrance and tiles sa mga T/B. Ang dark din ng mga pintuan.. pati yung chandelier parang sinauna...
