WOW. 25M lang? Pero yung iba hindi naman ganon kalaki at kaganda pero ang price umaabot ng 30 to 40M. Unlike this ,napakaganda't napakalaki. Worth it ang 25M. Ang lucky ng makakabili nito.

Have some variety of phrases or words when presenting especially when asking your viewers to going you to see other areas of the hours. Do not over use "let's go". Use phrases such as "let's see what is here", "follow me to the ...", "let's check the ... now", "now what about seeing the ...", "alright! Onto the ..."
You have to be creative and not repetitive. Another thing to note, don't walk too fast. Take your time. Do not worry about your viewers following you. Talk as you walk slowly. Viewers especially possible buyers appreciate seeing part of the house with at a better glance than just sneak peak. This secures the buy-in.

Nice but design is an easy access to robbers specially its proximity to Aguirre St. You need to build high walls and metal grills for windows, just a precaution because sadly break-ins do happen once in a while in BF.
