    One of the most important information that a prospective buyer need to know is the SELLING PRICE. How come you don't provide it outright? The price determines whether it is within the buyers capacity range most especially for cash buyer. Also you need to indicate the approximate room dimensions, exterior view of the house from all sides, height of the ceilings, the house orientation whether its facing east or west, floor layout plan, roofing material used. Your presentation is so much focus on aesthetics and so much less on the technical's. For buyers who are coming from outside the country, they need to focus more on the specifics to finalize the list of properties to see without wasting unnecessary time. It would be of much help too if you can indicate the PROPERTY ADDRESS that can easily be googled for a more comprehensive information.

    Just so everyone knows 1 million usd is 5 million pesos so a 20 million pesos house is 4 million usd.you can buy your own lot have this same house built and save 3.5 million usd if not more.this depends on worth of pesos at the time.its at 51.to 1 usd dollar do the math
