Horticular is a relaxing garden-builder that begins with mysterious gnomes summoning you. Their wish? For you to breathe new life into a long-lost garden, abandoned by its previous caretaker.

Immerse yourself in your personal garden diorama, complete with a day-night cycle and weather effects. But while a rainy and lantern-lit evening may be cozy, it is not just for show! You will find that darkness attracts unsavory characters, some animals prefer specific weather conditions, and lightning strikes loom under stormy skies.
Nurture your garden with magic. Over time, you will have to deal with unhappy animals, garden decay, and corrupted agents sent by your nemesis. But with a combination of helpful gnomes and your own magical gloves, you are sure to keep an everblooming environment.
Choose how your gardening journey develops by upgrading abilities and investing in new items. Since you make the decision, every playthrough is personal. But worry not; no choice locks you out of content, and you are able to collect everything!
Encounter multiple quirky characters writing you letters throughout the story. Each individual has their own specialty, and they frequently give you tasks to carry out in exchange for a reward. What you decide to pursue is completely up to you, and there is always something waiting to be done.

Katherine, you need to control your habitats existence. As long as an empty habitat exists you will keep having curious animals show up trying to fill it. If a habitat being filled would ruin others than you need to remove that habitat. In the case of the frog habitat you have all the requirements shown by numbers. I will point out two particular requirements as an example.
First, you will notice both the Land and Water tile minimums list 4 for each one or possibly show you need a ratio of half Land and half Water for a basic Frog habitat. If you reduce either tile to below the minimum or reduce one to below the half-and-half ratio the frog habitat will become invalid and vanish. But this could impact other habitats' Land/Water tile ratios.
Lastly, I point you to the Basking requirement. It must be in the habitat to be a valid Frog habitat. No Basking object, no Frog habitat. In the habitat troubling you you have one Rock in the habitat and possiby a Lilypad or two that has the Basking trait. Remove them from the Frog habitat's area and you invalidate it. But this could limit the formation of other possibly helpful habitats with similar requirements.
Note, your Goldfish do not directly object to Basking items in or near their habitat but it can enable Frog habitats to form, so it is a threat to their habitat.
Your Catfish may or may not like Dragonflies sharing space with their habitat and, based on what I recall from past series, Dragonflies require Basking.
This is where you need to consider how to invalidate habitats you don't want to form or be in an area. In this particular case you probably want to ruin one of the Land/Water tile minimums/ratio to invalidate the Frog habitat to allow for the possibility of a Dragonfly habitat instead of removing the Basking trait from the area. But consider what that could do to your Goldfish and Catfish habitats before deciding. Perhaps it is wiser to remove the Basking items instead? The Frog habitat area is pretty small afterall.

@@KatherineOfSky Annoyance? Looking at the time since I posted the comment puts it in the early morning time for me when I watched the video. That might have had something to do with it and I wasn't writing as well as I might have later. I'm going to reread it.
After rereading, I am seeing many places where I could have condensed my info into fewer words. So I'm sure early morning affected my... succinct-ness, if there's even a word for it.

@@AkiraDragonborne Sorry, I think I was quite irritated when I replied to you... didn't mean to be that way. I don't mind occasional animals showing up. I am very afraid of changing the biomes because they often feel more like magic than statistics.
