    Here's what I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a French nutritionist, for two days of eating. I show you what I eat for two days as a nutritionist and vegetarian. This is a real and honest what I eat in a day, even if this obviously varies a lot day-to-day. This does not represent what I eat every day! This is just a healthy and realistic what I eat in a day on days where I wasn't very hungry.

      @@xassy eventually had no appetite. I was down to one meal a day. I wasn't enjoying food. I also had hair loss. It was great short term, but I didn't feel well a year into the diet.

      @Ego 21 Too much higher fat over time taxes the liver, possibly getting fatty liver and as a result taxed organs hair loss can occur. Intuitive eating is balance. Everything is balance.

    Thank you! My doctor, because of a medical issue, said that eating a whole foods focused diet could help bring some of my symptoms down. These kind of videos look exactly like what he was explaining to me but that I had a little bit of a tough time visualizing (I was having a hard time thinking that, if I didn't do things just 1 way, that I was doing things wrong). Awesome.

    I was hoping maybe you could do a video on how to eat like a French or European when living in America… I have started following your channel and it reminded me of how I ate living in Germany as a teen and well I’ve started to try to get back to that but one issue I’ve run into is that American bread and French/ German or European bread are very different. So I’m trying to figure out if I can buy Quality bread in America or if I have to learn to maybe bake my own. This as well as many other foods and was just wondering your perspective or any tips you may have since you have also lived in both countries!

    Love your content as usual Lucie!💪 youre super refreshing and so easy to watch - keep going :) I have a question as well, do you usually snack or eat desserts? I really struggle with a sweet tooth especially right after a meal. Do you maybe have some tips for this? (Fruit doesn’t seem to cut it for me…)

      Same here. I usually have a strip of chocolate after dinner. I don't think it's a bad thing if it's in moderation :)

      Thank you so much Charlene!! I sometimes snack and eat dessert, it really depends on the day and my cravings, but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with eating something sweet after a meal! The more you allow yourself to have a little bit of whatever you’re craving, the less tempting it will become ! And also by doing that you’re less likely to binge on sweet foods to compensate

    Hi Lucie! I love your videos. Could you maybe make a video about how to reduce portion sizes without feeling unsatisfied? I eat quite healthy and regularly (!) but I find it very difficult to control my intake, especially when I am alone. I eat very fast and I am never satisfied until all the food is eaten (I hate leftovers) or I feel almost sick or really sick. I am scared to live alone, because I fear I might totally loose control...

    I'm American and this is how I eat! But this is definitely NOT the standard American diet. Mostly, those Americans that are conscious about what they put in their bodies will eat this way. Mindful Vegans and Americans that focus on whole foods eat like this. I'm mostly vegan but will have some good quality meat or cheese every so often. So really I'm a Flexitarian.
    But, I CANNOT get my husband to eat this way. He has been so brainwashed by the American way of eating that he'll find a plate of random leftovers disgusting. I don't know if it's possible to change someone's mindset if they care more about taste and less about their bodies and the environment. 😒
    I HATE food waste and I must have fresh fruits and veggies everyday.
    My coworkers laugh about my leftover curry and rice or toast topped with hummus and cucumbers while they munch on donuts, burgers, and tacos...
    I wish Americans cared more. I think the quality of life would be much greater here.

    How come your meals have so few animal foods? We lack the cellulase enzymes to digest plant material so most plant material that we eat gets pooped out...

    The book Eat to Live and the nutritarian way of eating has changed my life. Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Essentially 90% plant foods 10% other. Can you turn the music off in your videos? It’s distracting

    Not enough vegetables, your portions are very tiny.. mozzarella and avocado no please... Mozzarella is not a good choise if you want to be healthy. I am italian and it is the first time I see a salad with avocado and mozzarella toghether.

      Just because you've never personally seen avocado and mozzarella together in a salad doesn't mean someone else can't enjoy it. Live and let live. 😉 Also, cheese is actually very nutritious and can definitely have its place in a healthy diet.
