I read somewhere that it takes a while for the foods we eat to show up in our breast milk, like a week or so, so even if you ate soy yesterday she wouldn't be affected by it yesterday, it would take a week. I'm not sure. Love your vlogs though!! My babe is 2 weeks behind yours!! So it's nice to see where you're at!
It will show up in your system automatically, but it takes a full two weeks or longer to get out
She reacted to things immediately or within a few hours. I know it can take longer to get out of her system but she’s shown signs of intolerance within the day
Target has an Enfamil off brand that is soy based and our little one does great on it! Not too pricey for what you get volume wise

My daughter had/has a dairy allergy and she seemed to really like the Gerber Extensive HA. I can't speak to the soy or egg as those weren't allergens for her. I'm told that it tastes most similar to breast milk? Hope you find a good solution soon!
