Watching this video, I recall being 18 years old, after several failed experiments in the kitchen, absolutely sure that cooking was not my cup of tea. And then suddenly, 'Naked Chef' came on TV-Jamie, young and full of light, showed everything while explaining all the details, and everything seemed so nice and easy-peasy. 'Well, maybe I should give it another try? But what are rosemary, thyme, sage, capers, smoked paprika, dried tomatoes, parmesan, tuna, anchovies, etc. (absolutely unfamiliar ingredients for my national cuisine)? Where should I buy them, and would they be tasty?' So here I am, 25 years later, keen on cooking and baking, open to any new products, spices, recipes, and combinations of ingredients. Thank you very much, Jamie!
That show was already 12 years ago. Oooh what time flies!! 30 minute meals and 15 minutes meals were my favorite Jamie Oliver cooking shows as well as Quick and Easy. I remember when I was 11 or 12 years old when I used to have a TV cable years ago.
This guy deserves a knighthood what he’s done with food and what he’s done with changing the way we eat especially schools and children his imagination is endless with what he does with food I’ve lost count of the amount of recipes we’ve used in our house!
I loved these 15 and 30 minutes meals shows, learned a lot of tips from them! I wonder if there is a place to watch those on replay, maybe somewhere on BBC or Food Network...?
Today I had Jamie Olivers Pizza...chilli one..omg..its what its name is..amazing taste..better to have it fresh, and hot.will ask my friends to taste it too..love from India
Coz it's not an accident. Garlic crushed, squeezed or finely chopped creates different intensities of the flavor depending on what dish you're making. Lacking such basic knowledge makes me sad for your kitchen.
Always throws some weird ingredient in that's usually a dead end for me. I have to spend 2 hours visiting specialty shops just to prepare to cook my 30 minute meal. It's just not realistic for your average cook in their home kitchen. Too gourmet, not attainable
How Jamie cooked and taught in this era is very very beautiful

@@stomp21 for sure you are definetly right, yet it still does not matter if you blend it anyway as he did

You really trying to advertise this as a quick meal?
so you dont know how to cook?
Expensive ingredients.
Would be very expensive to buy all of those ingredients.
Jamie olive oil at it with another terrible, crappy food
sorry, but besides the pesto mozzarella, it all looks like a terrible idea
Why are you drowning everything in olive oil? That pesto looks gross... that is not normal use of olive oil in Italy.
