Training at the highest level day after day is difficult, and staying healthy and recovering is even harder. But Xendurance makes it all that much easier.
From hydration to protein and daily immune boost it is something I can't go without.

This kid is amazing. I can’t wait to see what he will accomplish in college then as a pro.

Clay, I would love to see more analysis of races from your career and maybe some upcoming runners. Definitely my favorite videos you make. However I did enjoy the interview of Cade, maybe a little more editing to keep us engaged could’ve made it better, but apart from that, good stuff!

That's crazy. I can't imagine. I guess that's how anaerobic the 800m is for some.

only 6 miles a week😮, are his base training also 6mil/week?

The 800 is a speed event. People think that you need a ton of aerobic conditioning but if you have 3 quality track workouts then you will have anaerobic and aerobic benefit.

I like Cade but, to disrespect the Under 20's. There are many under 20 runners who compete at the highest level. Under 20's is not a stepping stone. Just a category of age group. You can name many under 20 athletes that perform well on the world stage. I just hope he doesn't go the path that female sprinter went down.

100% agree, look at the london 2012 800m final. hella u20s in the race in amos kitum and aman and amos and kitum ended up getting silver and bronze. then aman next year goes and wins the world championship. u20s CAN perform 👀👀👀👀
