Future of the 800
17:52 runs a 1:46 off 12miles a week!
Yes, that square jaw explains his success.
@@Hour882Die square jaw lmao
@@eclipsesmind7950 Well, I am being nice. I am not going into details about the possibilities, like HGH, testosterone, EPO, etc.
@@Hour882Die having a defined jawline doesn’t mean your on growth hormone 💀
800 meters is more of an anaerobic event which means he really has to focus on higher quality speedwork instead of high milage
Yeah, Kentucky is a 1 day event. This really sucks for the people that do the 800 and 400 because they are super close.
Flatt vs Salhman should be going down this year!!!!!!!
Already happened indoors and it wasn’t close
@@carlostello9403 sahlman ran a 4:03 mile the day before
very fast is he 400m 800m or 800m 1500m.would be exciting if he tried the sub 4 mile
400 800
Hes going to burn out quickly with all that constant speed work.
hes an 4/8 runner lmfao aerobic training isnt nearly as necessary
@@kaluker1 800m still has a decent aerobic component douchey McDoucherton
thats not how it works
@@nr-ke8qj oh you don't think? Ok, I'm sorry
@@snakey973 that’s like saying usa in bolt would burnout by doing speed workouts, 4 and 8 guys are basically sprinters with endurance

And where is he one year later?
Best Ever. Not sure about that when he has the 2nd fastest HS 800 time.
And he has super shoes
He ran it on a wet track. That does make a difference. And he runs 12 miles a week.
@@gabequinn9796 Granville's record was set against other high school runners who were not even close to him. Basically a solo run. He was not pulled along to a fast time by faster runners. How many miles a week someone runs is irrelevant.
@@gerald2112 why you hating?
@@elijahebbert6884 Unreal. Pointing out facts are now hating. Nice strawman argument.
He’s not as fast as Michael grandville when he was in high school 146.45
16:40 That outfit drives me fukada-jpp.monster nuts on you and you have that curvy body. You did a good job modelingx it too. Also like the last outfit 20:11.. Love how the garter belts connect to the stockings and sheer top
