Hey Bud. Thanks for taking the time and sharing. I think you need to flip your speedo down and then it will work. It looks like its is in the upright position so you wont get the water pressure. Needs to be pointed down. Hope that helps! Tight lines!
Nice! Next time on the water could you make a video showing how the boat performs with the 9.9 motor? I'm thinking about pulling the 40HP off my Tracker 165 and replacing it with a 9.9 so I can use it on our local trout lakes. I'm 68 and don't really care much about going fast anymore ;>)
Pretty cool to see the differences between the different Tracker models. Definitely seems like something wrong with the trolling battery, should be under warranty still. Love the idea of those battery powered lights. Great video
Your Speedo is flipped up you need to push it down that's why it's not working. And if you've only had the boat a couple of months your battery should still be under warranty. Thanks for the video I just ordered my 2020 Classic XL and can't wait for it to get here
Thanks for the review buddy..I went and paid for mine today...I pick it up on Monday because their service dept is closed on Saturday and Sunday which I thought was kinda weird being that people are off work on weekends and need to service their boats or when someone like me buys one on the weekend it can't be prepared till Monday...and you are right there are not many videos out there on our boat...I got mine for same reasons you did being my first new boat its more affordable..smaller and easier to learn on and good enough for my local lakes and rivers in my area...I have a black GMC Sierra Z71 and wanted a black pro 160 too but the black 2018s were all sold out and red is the only available option so far...cool video man and nice RAM pick up! Looking to get a RAM for my next truck!
That was my first bass boat i bought in black used. I liked it and was a great boat to have for two months. I ended up buying a 2021 nitro Z21 Pro like my buddies. For a starting bass boat its worth it.
Great review! I bought the same boat in April just with a 20 hp and the vinyl decking option. I can get the speed up to about 18-20mph by myself and about an extra50 lbs of gear. Very happy with it but the fish finder basically sucks.
Thinking about picking this up since every bass pro within 400 miles of me is sold out on the classic. You don’t have to answer but I am curious, what kind of payment do you have and how much did you put down? Thanks for your time. Tight lines brotha
Actually went with a loan from the bay Atlantic. I pay 261 a month for the boat with a 15% interest rate. Not the best not the worst. Didn’t put down anything
You say you do a lot of tournament fishing.. can you honestly get 5 solid fish in the 9gl livewell? Ive been looking at this boat and that been on of my concerns.. any info would help.. thanks
Where I live man your average winning bag is like ten/twelve pounds so yes in my situation I can fit five fish but where I live we don’t catch giants on the regular. Now if you had a 20 pound bag it would be tight in there

YES! Push the speedometer tube down! The little hole has to face forward to get pressure. Even then, that kind is only good for 10mph and up.

I like the red. I have a 2015 pro160 I bought new. I installed a recessed foot tray it was easy to do.
Yeah I was thinking about doing the same. Would like to instal rod tie downs and lighting sometime soon

20 hp going 20mph that's good run
At 4:40 you are pointing at temperature gauge for fish finder. Not paddle wheel for speedometer. Package probably did not come with paddel wheel .

Larry Holdcraft with 2 people, an extra battery and all of our gear it tops out at 8 mph
