I have few questions, please help:: - I am based in one of the Nordic countries and this part of the world, most of the months day light is low and we rarely see sunlight when i wake up. How to follow the sun rule? Please help. - Second, my mac sleep hours is 6hrs, but i feel fine during day. Thanks for this useful info..I hear a lot that follow circadian rhythm for better sleep. But what if we just can’t sleep at 11 pm and all. If we regularly follow 7-8 hrs sleep but timing is from 2 am to 9 or 10 am is that not a good habit if it works for us. Kindly advise.
@@pritu87it much better to wake up as close to sunrise as possible. You can start the process by atleast sleeping and waking up 1 hour earlier. It will benefit you. Morning Sun before 8am is therapeutic ..

Hi I am 51 years old,weight 77,height 175 cm. My goal is fat loss and strength.I have started exercising in gym. First month was great but now after 3 months when I increase intensity I am having muscle soreness which last up to 3 days also having frequent cold and cough after gymming. I workout thrice a week with moderate intensity.Feeling weak now and body pain won't go.I reduced the intensity even though muscle soreness last for 3 days. Eat healthy- drink water properly- workout ( strength & conditioning, do moderate stretching & mobility, walk & breath ) - sleep 7-8 hrs. Avoid sugar, anything that contains preservatives, bad oils , drink less alcohol ( no beer at all ). Eat whole grains. And be consistent.
