The portion of exam failure which you have covered is really encouraging. Recently i have given cs1 paper my marks was 57 and i failed at the edge but, i will do my best in next attempt. Thanks for inspiring and sharing your own experience of exam failure for our encouragement😊.
Bhaiya please can you tell me can I give my actuarial papers from my btech college and I passed from doing self study
@@Sigmanians786 you can give actuarial paper as you come from technical background. And regarding the passing of exam self study is most crucial. Although some of the Institute also provide coaching for initial papers for better guidance but self study is mostly important.

I am reaching out to seek your guidance on a career transition. Presently 26, I work in product development, with past roles in underwriting and sales. Despite finding fulfillment in these areas, I'm intrigued by actuarial science. However, I'm unsure about potential challenges, like would companies hire me at my current designation and pay given my lack of direct experience in acturial science domain. There is statistics, you have to choose that I guess
You need to be very good in Maths (especially calculus) to do actuarial designation. Most people who do this usually major in Mathematics or Physics or Engineering or Statistics or Actuarial Science. Also, your English communication skills need to be good.

Brother no offense, but you will have to clear 13 subjects with majority of them being not just written but computer based test as well to become a qualified Actuary. The minimum time required is about 5-7 years. I would suggest try something else

There is no age limit/requirement skills and knowledge matter along with this ur previous degrees that you hold might add up in building ur career in the field
