Most of the reasons for quitting are one or a combination of the following reasons: 1) Health, 2) Family and 3) Fulfillment.
I believe you have make the choice that is best for you. There is no right or wrong choice.

Totally agreed we need to do work that have IMPACT on people lives. Mutual Respect is important, no such things as: that's why we book the business class for you (that sounded so arrogant and total lack of empathy), no wonder you quit, I will do the same too. It is important to keep in mind : when we are in a higher position, it doesn't give us the right to be disrespectful to those below us.
I admired people who work hard, just like you whether in office settings or on what you are doing now in content creations. THUMBS UP !!

As a result, I always do meditation and reflection, always try to be kind to whoever I contact with, always feel appreciated when eating anything. In terms of hobby, I like cello and drama.

Oof this one hits a soft spot with me, and I had many of these thoughts as well before I took the leap a few months ago. I wasn't making your kind of money, but I found the side projects I was doing with SMBs was much more fulfilling and more challenging as well. I haven't "made it" yet, but i am thankful to be able to look at people such as yourself during the days when I question the length of the journey I have in front of me.

Finding a sustainable career is important that balances health and satisfaction. The part of staying in the Ritz and taking the first/last flights out resonated with me as I did those as well. Crazy hours, working in a taxi while trying to catch a flight and that stuff. I remember one trip to China and I was sick and alone before my flight out. My health suffered.

Very inspiring for an accomplished, well educated and attractive lady. Life choices, opportunity cost, perhaps a better, less stressful, happy and more purposeful lifestyle. Hopefully your tradeoff paid off well in the future doing what you enjoy and feeling at ease. Setting your mind to help those that attain less in life is a very noble goal instead of contributing to the coffer of the rich and the haves..

i can relate to your situation as in how difficult it can be when someone is paid so good but at the expense of his/her mental health. But at the end of the day it's life and we need to live not work for things like some lackeys. Brave heart... brave decision...!
