Meet AgriRobot - finalist for the Odense Robotics Startup of the Year Award 2024!
The startup’s mission is to create a safety system for robot manufacturers that eliminates the need for farmers to monitor robots in the field.

In a world with labour shortages and ever-increasing demands on food production, AgriRobot is focused on introducing industrial standards for safety algorithms that enhance efficiency and sustainability in agriculture. The startups aims to enhance food production sustainability and security by empowering farmers worldwide to maximise the efficiency of agricultural field robot. 🦾
The company is located in Lyngby, where Odense Robotics recently met up with co-founders CEO Tommy Ertbølle Madsen and CCO Henrik Lynge Jacobsen.
“There is a big need for safety software and compliance in the industry. It is a great pain point for what we call OEMs (robot manufacturers of agricultural robots) to understand the regulatory framework, but also to meet it with software that complies with the different standards that are relevant for agricultural robots,” says Tommy Ertbølle Madsen in the video.

The award nominees and winners are decided entirely by the members of Odense Robotics, making the accolade a unique honour among industry peers.
Winners of the Odense Robotics Awards 2024 will be 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐧 13 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 at the robotics fair R-24 in Odense. Both events are free to join and open to all, but require seperate registration.

ARIS Robotics and KOBOTS are also finalists for Startup of the Year, while coalescent mobile robotics, FarmDroid, and Unicontrol are finalists for Company of the Year.
