As someone that lived through the April 27, 2011 F4 tornado that ripped through Alabama, this footage is like a flashback. The neighborhood I grew up in was forever changed. It has been almost 12 years since, and there are still remnants of that day.
My heart goes out to everyone that lost their life and to those who were affected by those devastating storms. The survivors will need all the love and support they can get. The scars will remain for many, many years, if not forever.

I drove through that town after it hit and was in literal shock. I had never been there before but was forced to back track due to the debris in the road. After backtracking I can remember seeing the path the tornado took, so many downed trees in the woods for miles and miles.

This same tornado was heading straight for Indianapolis when it recycled and went east towards Martinsville. Thank God for Ryan Hall Y'all and Meteorologist Andy Hill for Live streaming for 12 and 14 hours covering this outbreak. Many were watching, and we were able to call loved ones well in advance about the incoming danger. They survived because of the Y'all Squad, Noaa Radio, and others watching the radar so closely.

yeah did some damage here in martinsville. neighbors tree fell through their fence and it took our water dpt roof off and put it on a house across the street, which is about 2 blocks away from me + knocked down a church steeple. nothing like what sullivan got fortunately, but a grisly scene nonetheless.

I live an hour north of here and my aunt lives only 10-15 min north of here. This tornado missed her and then eventually passed a little to the south of my grandparents. I’m a meteorology student and was chasing in southern Illinois last night and watching these storms take aim so close to my family as I traveled back was unimaginable.

I am from a little further south and east of Sullivan. I had fallen asleep having sat through like 10 hours of Ryan Hall and Andy's coverage of the storms. I heard Andy on the verge of cracking up over so much carnage in so short a time. He said Sullivan which is where I'd been considering a retirement mobile home. The Sullivan tornado kept right on chugging and just missed my brother's house by a couple miles further up near Elletsville and Whitehall. If it had not turned north rolling on up Martinsville way, I might have lost my brother. While it was doing this damage, I had my brother get on the phone and had him watch Ryan Hall and Andy Hill-these two TH-camrs saved countless lives in our part of the world last night. Hopefully I can thank them in person someday.

It was a truly sickening feeling watching this unfold on radar. I was at work. I live in Ohio. I work at a diesel shop and my boss is on emergency response team for disaster relief. He left yesterday for Chicago around 4 am. I sat at work listening to Ryan hall yall from 1 pm to 10pm on my Bluetooth radio. I cried a lot last night. I was turning a wrench and just in the back of mind I knew people were dying. Homes ravished. My children were safe at home sleeping while many children were having real life nightmares. It's just heartbreaking.

If you mean it's only the start in Biblical terms, you're correct. Jesus warned there would be an increase in the birth pains. That includes even more frequent storms worse than previous ones until it builds up to the return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. God is trying to warn us out of our complacency and to repent of our sinful ways before the impending seven year tribulation.

@@FX3userhen speaking on stuff like that you need to specify EXACTLY what you are talking about. If there is a "God" why EXACTLY is "God" punishing the people? What "sins" exactly are being committed?
Look no further than your politicians, celebrities, bankers, etc. Who tricks it's citizens into being divided. And placate them with useless frivolity that does nothing to help them grow spiritually. And who at every undermine your birthright in able to move you further away from "God" as well as your own divinity.
Blame the regular everyday people who refuse to do something about the evil that rules this planeT. Who always and forever stay waiting on somebody to save them. The people who fail to realize that "God" already created us with everything we need in order to defeat any enemy.
The number of children and teens to go missing has skyrocketed over the past couple years while people were distracted with the pLandemic.
Evil runs everywhere on this land. In EVERY religion. In EVERY color. Hiding in plain sight. Talking straight to your face, behind your back.
